SPF RATINGS AND PRO-COMP
Teachers and SSPs will receive the Top Performing/High Growth incentive (pro-rated if not 1.0FTE) if their school earns Blue or Green Overall or Blue or Green on Growth.
All teachers/SSPs will receive the same amount of the incentive, which will be determined once we know how many FTE qualify for the incentive. We take the set budget from ProComp and divide by the number of eligible FTE to get the final amount of the incentive.
If a school is not Blue or Green on Overall due to the Academic Gaps indicator, the school will not receive the incentive unless the school is Blue or Green on Growth.
