Article CreditEarn one continuing education credit by reading the Addiction Technology Transfer Center (ATTC) Network’s article entitled, “Healthcare Reform and Behavioral Health, Part 2: New Designs for Service Delivery.” You will find the article online at the following website: http://casat.unr.edu/ArticleContinuingEducation.html

Please read the article in its entirety and then go to the following CASAT website to register for the online quiz: http://pxtx.casat.org/products/ArticleEdPart2. Once you successfully sign-up and pay the $25.00* registration fee, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the link to the online quiz. The quiz will be displayed as a PDF document; to ensure that you are able to open and fill-out the quiz, please download the most current version of Adobe Reader. The quiz will include a combination of ten multiple choice, true/false, and fill-in-the-blank questions to assess your comprehension of the article. Your quiz will be graded and a score of 70% or above will earn you a certificate of completion for one certified continuing education hour. Questions that are not answered will be considered incorrect. This is an open-book assessment and you may refer back to the article as you please. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing, grading your quiz, and/ or receiving your certificate. Your certificate will be sent electronically to the e-mail address provided during registration. It is your responsibility to print off this certificate of completion, it is not the responsibility of CASAT to provide a physical copy of your certificate of completion should you pass the continuing education course. Should you be unsuccessful in passing the quiz, you will be eligible to retake the quiz in order to achieve the 70% or better passing rate. If the quiz is failed both times, you will be ineligible to apply to take the quiz again. CASAT will not be offering refunds to those who fail the quiz and/or those who register and pay to take the quiz, but do not do so by July 31, 2012.

*There is a flat fee of $25 to take this training regardless of licensure, student status, or retiree status.
