Special solutions to us are standard solutions.Cutting-edge engine power.We are constantly looking to develop and enhance our engine technology to ensure high performance whilst also being easy on the user and saving the environment from unnecessary exhaust emissions. We were one of the first outdoor power equipment companies to use catalytic converter technology for effective emission control. But the solution that has really been ground breaking is the patented engine technology X-Torq®. It can be described in short as follows: By using pure air instead of an air/fuel mix to flush out exhaust fumes, the X-Torq®

engine consumes up to 20% less fuel and gives up to 75 % lower exhaust emissions. The engine technology also produces extra torque over a wider rpm range which provides raw power and rapid acceleration.

Functional and ergonomic drivers environment.When we developed our front-mounted deck Rider mowers the aim was, in addition to generating superb performance and cutting results, to design a functional and ergonomic driver environment. As is usually the case, we listened to the requests of users and conducted comprehensive ergonomic studies. The result was that we positioned all the controls at a perfect height close to the driver, we made sure that the steering wheel and seat were adjustable, and we made the floor level to give the driver ample leg room with the option of changing position. These are just a few measures worth mentioning, all designed to ensure that the driver is able to sit comfortably and can work as effectively as possible.

Effective vibration reduction.High performance is vital but... Being able to work as effectively as possible for long periods requires machines that are comfortable to hold. Our solution for this is Low Vib®, a system for the effective vibration dampening of the controls and handles on our clearing saws, trimmers, hedge trimmers and chainsaws. Thorough dynamics and resonance calculations in combination with extensive tests have resulted in a range of unique solutions that contribute to extremely low levels of vibration (in certain cases measured at around 1 m / s² ). All this helps to create optimal conditions for high productivity while reducing the operators exposure to tiresome vibrations.

Unique cutting results.Our Combi deck is unique in several respects. The deck is stamped from one single sheet of 4.5 mm steel. The design makes it possible to switch quickly between the Zero Discharge™ BioClip® (mulching) function and rear discharge function, for versatility when working in different cutting conditions. The cover and blade system have been primarily developed for efficient Zero Discharge™ mulching, which provides cutting results that are better than other ride-on mowers on the market.

Safety is our first concern.Whenever we develop a new product, operator safety is our first concern. All our product’s are built with unique features to ensure operator safety at all times, from the remote controlled cutter bar on our pole hedgetrimmers and Roll-Over-Protection System on our Zero Turn Mowers. Chainsaws with TrioBrake™ which permits activation of the chain brake in a third way by the right hand and wrist, which is an easier and safer way to operate. It prevents mistakes like working with the chainsaw above your head or behind you and removing your right hand from the saw to activate the front chain brake. The ergonomic design reduces strain on the body by requiring proper user position and posture. Easier, safer and more efficient work results.

Environmental care For many years we’ve been developing fuel-efficient engines with significantly lower emissions, named E-Tech® engines. Features Glossary - Ridersall-Wheel-Drive (4x4) All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) automatically adjusts the traction on all wheels depending on the situation and ground condition.

articulated Steering Husqvarna's unique articulated steering system allows the rear pair of wheels to swing underneath the machine. The result is superior manoeuvrability with a minimum turning radius at full lock.

central cutting height adjustment All controls are easily accessible from the operators seat. With a lever on the control panel it is possible to adjust the cutting height even when mowing.

hydraulic equipment lift Controls front-mounted equipment quickly and with high precision. Managed by an easy reach joy-stick placed on the control panel besides the operators seat.

Maintenance position (cutting deck) Without tools, you can quickly lift the cutting deck in to the maintenance position for convenient cleaning and service.

oil cooler A heat exchanger for cooling the hydraulic system. The cooling system is adequate to keep oil temperatures within safe limits.

pivoting rear axle The rear axle is pivoting to get maximum traction on the drive wheels and a smooth ride also on uneven surfaces.

power Steering By providing hydraulic pressure to assist when turning the wheels, the power steering makes manoeuvring the rider easier, more controlled and precise.
