TryoutInjection molding presses up to 3,000 tons are installed at MTK andassociates near by. Trials are performed in house, providing efficientand timely try-outs while allowing adjustments and minor changes tobe performed immediately on site.

Mold and Part validation by CMM measuring is completed on every toolprior to quality control acceptance. Comprehensive reports are generate aspart of the documentation package for customer review and serve to ensurethat dimensional requirements are met.
