It is the mission of Goodwill Industries of Dallas to provide job training and employment to persons with disabilities and disadvantaging conditions to help them transform their lives through the power of jobs. Offering employment and job training courses that include computer and financial literacy training, GED prep, youth mentoring and customized case management, Goodwill Dallas has grown to provide over 4,800 employment related services to over 2,400 unduplicated individuals each year, creating and sustaining over 1,000 permanent jobs totaling an estimated $15 million in earned wages and benefits.
