Location
Brighton & Hove is one of the largest commercial districts on the south coast of England. The city is located 46 miles south of London, 19 miles west of Eastbourne and 55 miles east of Southampton. The property is situated to the north of Brighton in the Hollingbury area. There are excellent road communications. The A27 is accessed 500m from the property, with the A23 (accessed 1.5 miles to the west) connecting the city with Crawley, Gatwick and London to the north which in turn connects with the M25 at Junction 7.
