    Objective

    To help you understand micro-blogging (as a Web 2.0 technology) and its business and personal

    consequences.

    While the number of readings is on a higher side, most of the readings are brief and easy to read.

    There are several case studies of business and organizational uses of Twitter, the most popular

    micro-blogging service. They will help you develop concrete and powerful stories about the

    usefulness of Twitter. You will also notice a mix of both recent and older articles. The older articles

    provide some basic tips and insights that can go a long way in helping us both understand and
