The Project:

The client was an individual who desired an iPhone app that can track the

workouts in two different modes: Programmed & Freestyle. Pre-definedProgrammed mode aims at goals (weight-loss, muscle gain etc.) which are

defined by Gym trainers. Freestyle mode provides an at-will way of doing

workout sessions.

The Solution:

The client had very specific design requirements and it wasnt always easy to

communicate design ideas for them due to time zone and inter-cultural gaps.But our team demonstrated superior communication expertise and not only

have understood the requirements very precisely, but also offered several

suggestions that were received quite well.

Additional Features:

Users can enjoy music (Play list) from their local iPod library while working out.

From the History feature of the app, user can track the previously doneworkouts and reflect on their improvement.

Users can start with a Freestyle workout but when finishing the session, they

can save the session as a program and keep reusing the template program for

all future workout sessions. This is a very innovative feature that helps

optimize and personalize the workout tracking experience.
