RESPONSIBLE PERSON (負責人員) ‘Responsible Person’ means a Registered Electrical Worker of an appropriate grade assigned by a Registered Electrical Contractor or the Owner of fixed electrical installation to operate and maintain the installation 獲註冊電業承辦商或固定電力裝置擁有人以書面委任操作及維修有關裝置的適當級別註冊電業工程人員。

PERSON IN-CHARGE (負責工作人士) ‘Person in-charge’ means a Registered Electrical Worker of an appropriate grade assigned by a Registered Electrical Contractor or the Owner of an fixed electrical installation to take charge of the carrying out of the electrical work for the installation 獲註冊電業承辦商或固定電力裝置擁有人委派負責為裝置進行電力工作的適當級別註冊電業工程人員。

• ‘Responsible Assessor’ means a Registered Electrical Worker of an appropriate grade or Registered Professional Engineer (RPE) [Electrical / BS discipline] or Registered Safety Officer (RSO) assigned by a Registered Electrical Contractor or the Owner of fixed electrical installation to evaluate electrical safety on carrying out LIVE work and suggest appropriate control measures

• 獲註冊電業承辦商或固定電力裝置擁有人委派評估進行帶電工作的電力安全及建議合適控制措施的適當級別註冊電業工程人員或電機╱屋宇裝備界別的註冊專業工程師或註冊安全主任。
