- will be the administrative barriers limited?- is the development of the renewable
energy sources („RES”) sector secured?- impact of RES on energy security of
Poland

Mechanism and instruments promoting RES (Chapter 4 of the Project)
- does obligation of connection to the grid exist?
- guarranteed purchase price - tax exemptions and other relieves - informative campaigns and their role

Sustainable development and RES
- burning biomass with coal and its results- environmental limitations – other issues
which should not be forgotten
