4.1 Deacon Board proposed to accept the recommendation from Standing Committee to

increase the salary for all full-time pastoral and administrative staff effective July-1-

2021. The total increase is $3,619.83. This proposal is subject to approval from the

Members Meeting.

4.2 Deacon Board decided to hire Greentak LED Sign to install a digital board for our

church near the Bur Oak Avenue entrance. The budgeted cost is $30,000.00 (HST

included). This proposal is subject to approval from the Members Meeting.

3 Reports 3.1 Pastors 3.1.1 Rev Timothy Ngo a Due to the impact of COVID-19, the following activities are to be altered: 1 Summer Retreat in July : changed to Revival Meeting 2 Summer baptism in June : postponed subject to further announcement from the Deacon Board b VBS is scheduled from August 9 – 13 with more details to be announced. c Give thanks for having 17 brothers and sisters transferred their membership to Wismer Baptist Church. 3.1.2 Pastor Kevin Cheng a Shared words of encouragement while facing the pandemic for one entire year. b Sermon and Sunday school are held online, there are relatively more preparation for visual materials. 3.1.3 Pastor Biao Zhu Encouraged brothers and sisters being transferred from Peoples Gospel Church or other churches to love and to build

up one another in Christ who is the Head over everything for the church. 3.1.4 Pastor Andy Lin Area of Ministry: English Ministry and English Fellowships.

our church building. Any brother or sister who has reference of honest and reliable contractors engaged in that kind of signing operation is welcome to provide the information to one of our deacons.
