Thesday, April 14th, 1964

The Board of Supervisors of Ieruwee Count, met a t the Court House in the City of Adrian on Tuesday, the 141h b y wf April, 1964 in regular session p u r . ~ t t o law.

The Board was called t o o r b r by A'lice M. Welch, County Clerk who then called upon Rev. Raymond Tkylor, Pastor of the F i r s t Eap- tist Church of Adrian who opened the meeting with pmjrer,

The following Su ervisors were present as repmsentatioes of the Ci t ies of Adrxan, Ldson, Morenci and Tecumseh and the several tamships of the County:

Sup. IOlnze mnunoed nominations were in order for the election of a Chairman.

Sup. Fink presented the m e of h l l Hamontree for Chairman.

Sup. Easton moved and secondedhySup. Bohn that the nominations be closed and the unanimous bal lo t of the Board be cast for h e l l Hamontree as Chairman of the Bcard.

The motion prevailed, the clerk casting the unanimous vote of the Board as directed.

Sup. Iiammontree then tookthe Chair, th&d the Board for be- +,elected thei r Chainnan and stated nominations were in order for Chairnwn Pro Ten.

Sup. Keller presented the name of Edward J. Slala for Chairman Pro Tem.

Su . %ston moved the nminations be closed and the Clerk be instrucjed t o cast the unanimous vote of the B a r d for E h r d J. Skala for Chainma Pro Ten.

The motion prevailed, the clerk casting the unanimous vote of the Board as directed.

Sup. Waid moved that the ~ l e s of the proceeding Board be adopted as the rules governing t h i s Board.

The motion prevailed.

Sup. Keller moved that the question of Rule 19 be referred t o the Legislative Committee.

The motion prevailed.

On motion of Sup. Glaser the Board adjourned u n t i l tomorrwr morning at 10 o'clock.
