1. The Girl $couts of the Philippines Bohol Girl Scout Council is pleased to announce thatthe Josefa Llanes Escoda {JLE) District Camp shall be conducted on any Saturday andSunday of the month from August to November 2018 with the theme, "Gommitmentat 70: Engaging Communities, lmproving Lives". This province-wide District Campembraces the Girl Scout Week Celebration on September 16-22, and the Scouting Month

in October.

2. The conduct of the JLE District Camp shall be geared towards the objectives of GirlScouting through its program of citizenship training and character-building with activities incommunity development projects.

3. DistrictslMunicipalities are encouraged to incorporate the following that could develop newskills for the girls: Tree/Mangrove Development, Anti-Dengue Campaign, Girl Scouts GotTalent, Games, Handcraft, Mutya Ng Girl Scout, Free Being Me (FBM) Program, and

activities under the WAGGGS Global Action Theme {GAT) and Sustainable DevelopmentGoals.

4. Oi*triets are advised to provide the Councilwith their Programme a week before thc eventfor proper coordinatiCI,n in its district visit.

5. The safety of all the participants must be given utmost consideration in the conduct of theJLE Gamp. All Girl Seout troops partieipating in this activity muet be registered, and theprescribed Girl Scout uniforrn shall be worn throughout the activity.

6. Attached herewith for ready reference and use are the suggested Program of Activities,Badgework Report Form, and Parents Consent Form.

7. Strict adherence to the guidelines of camping must always be maintained.

8. All reports regarding the JLE District Camp shall be submitted to the Council one weekafter the activity.

9. Campensatory Time Off (CTO) or Service Credits can be claimed for the extra servicerendered on Saturday anC Sunday.

10. For immediate dissemination to all concerned.
