ThoughtStopping:Asyounoticeyourselfsayingthesenegativeautomaticthoughts,youcanstopthemmid‐streambysayingtoyourself“STOP”.Sayingitaloud,orsilentlyinyourheadifyouarewithpeople.Youmightalsoweararubberbandaroundyourwrist,givingitalittletwangeachtimeyounoticeyouareallowingnegativethinkingtotakeoveryourheadinanever‐endingloop.Itwillmakeyoumoreawareofhowoften,andinwhatsituation,youarehavingthenegativethoughts.
