ICAO TRAIN AIR PLUS Cross-‐Func8onal Needs Assessment Process
Management-‐level courses targeted to heterogeneous groups require wider reaching ‘analysis’ mechanisms

Courses to be flexible enough to apply to
persons working across a range of airport-‐wide
and industry-‐wide disciplines and service
providers
Analysis of cross-‐funcEonal competencies for middle
managers and supervisors within ADAC
Analysis of cross-‐funcEonal competencies of posiEon descripEons outside of ADAC
