HOW DOES THE SYSTEM WORK
bull Automatic compression screw conveyor has an integrated inverter system allowing total control of input and output a major safety advantage
bull Pyrothermal system pyrolyzer allows continuous input and output hence high capacity processing is possible because it is based on continuous operation system
bull Liquid and gas product is separated and stored as renewable energy sources
bull Gas is channelled back to power the pyrolyzer there is no additional operating cost
bull The pyrothermal system runs within an enclosed system thus there is no fume and not a source of pollution

Usage of Pyro Oil and Char
bull The plant shall undergo major repair and maintenance twice a year preferably every June and December This will ensure continuous efficient operations as well as minimal production downtime
bull Minor repair and maintenance will be undertaken on a weekly basis preferably during the weekends However repair and maintenance shall also be undertaken whenever a situation arises requiring immediate action
Repair and Maintenance
bull The Pyrothermal operations should undertake regular quality testing of oil and sludge products prior to delivery in order to continuously ensure and comply with standard and contracted quality specifications
bull It is necessary to set up a quality testing program The testing could be undertaken in-house or through the use of independent laboratories
bull For the moment it will be assumed that testing of oil and sludge will be done by independent laboratories Frequency of tests will be 1 test per day per product Sample volume and sampling method will depend on applicable and approved standard testing methods

Technology Comparison
Pyrolysis and gasification are similar technologies in which waste is thermally decomposed in an oxygen-poor environment In pyrolysis organic matter is vaporized and the vapor is condensed and collected as ldquobio-oilrdquo which can then be burned for energy The one of the main advantage of pyrolysis over other waste-to energy (WTE) incineration is that pyrolysis produces a liquid fuel that can be stored and used in a number of applications Whereas Biomass gasification - a similar technology except that it produces fuel in gas form rather than a liquid

Usage of Pyro Oil and Char
bull The plant shall undergo major repair and maintenance twice a year preferably every June and December This will ensure continuous efficient operations as well as minimal production downtime
bull Minor repair and maintenance will be undertaken on a weekly basis preferably during the weekends However repair and maintenance shall also be undertaken whenever a situation arises requiring immediate action

bull The Pyrothermal operations should undertake regular quality testing of oil and sludge products prior to delivery in order to continuously ensure and comply with standard and contracted quality specifications
bull It is necessary to set up a quality testing program The testing could be undertaken in-house or through the use of independent laboratories
bull For the moment it will be assumed that testing of oil and sludge will be done by independent laboratories Frequency of tests will be 1 test per day per product Sample volume and sampling method will depend on applicable and approved standard testing methods

Usage of Pyro Oil and Char
bull The plant shall undergo major repair and maintenance twice a year preferably every June and December This will ensure continuous efficient operations as well as minimal production downtime
bull Minor repair and maintenance will be undertaken on a weekly basis preferably during the weekends However repair and maintenance shall also be undertaken whenever a situation arises requiring immediate action

bull The Pyrothermal operations should undertake regular quality testing of oil and sludge products prior to delivery in order to continuously ensure and comply with standard and contracted quality specifications
bull It is necessary to set up a quality testing program The testing could be undertaken in-house or through the use of independent laboratories
bull For the moment it will be assumed that testing of oil and sludge will be done by independent laboratories Frequency of tests will be 1 test per day per product Sample volume and sampling method will depend on applicable and approved standard testing methods

Usage of Pyro Oil and Char
bull The plant shall undergo major repair and maintenance twice a year preferably every June and December This will ensure continuous efficient operations as well as minimal production downtime
bull Minor repair and maintenance will be undertaken on a weekly basis preferably during the weekends However repair and maintenance shall also be undertaken whenever a situation arises requiring immediate action

bull The Pyrothermal operations should undertake regular quality testing of oil and sludge products prior to delivery in order to continuously ensure and comply with standard and contracted quality specifications
bull It is necessary to set up a quality testing program The testing could be undertaken in-house or through the use of independent laboratories
bull For the moment it will be assumed that testing of oil and sludge will be done by independent laboratories Frequency of tests will be 1 test per day per product Sample volume and sampling method will depend on applicable and approved standard testing methods

bull The plant shall undergo major repair and maintenance twice a year preferably every June and December This will ensure continuous efficient operations as well as minimal production downtime
bull Minor repair and maintenance will be undertaken on a weekly basis preferably during the weekends However repair and maintenance shall also be undertaken whenever a situation arises requiring immediate action

Usage of Pyro Oil and Char
bull The plant shall undergo major repair and maintenance twice a year preferably every June and December This will ensure continuous efficient operations as well as minimal production downtime
bull Minor repair and maintenance will be undertaken on a weekly basis preferably during the weekends However repair and maintenance shall also be undertaken whenever a situation arises requiring immediate action

Usage of Pyro Oil and Char
bull The plant shall undergo major repair and maintenance twice a year preferably every June and December This will ensure continuous efficient operations as well as minimal production downtime
bull Minor repair and maintenance will be undertaken on a weekly basis preferably during the weekends However repair and maintenance shall also be undertaken whenever a situation arises requiring immediate action

bull The Pyrothermal operations should undertake regular quality testing of oil and sludge products prior to delivery in order to continuously ensure and comply with standard and contracted quality specifications
bull It is necessary to set up a quality testing program The testing could be undertaken in-house or through the use of independent laboratories
bull For the moment it will be assumed that testing of oil and sludge will be done by independent laboratories Frequency of tests will be 1 test per day per product Sample volume and sampling method will depend on applicable and approved standard testing methods

Usage of Pyro Oil and Char
bull The plant shall undergo major repair and maintenance twice a year preferably every June and December This will ensure continuous efficient operations as well as minimal production downtime
bull Minor repair and maintenance will be undertaken on a weekly basis preferably during the weekends However repair and maintenance shall also be undertaken whenever a situation arises requiring immediate action

bull The Pyrothermal operations should undertake regular quality testing of oil and sludge products prior to delivery in order to continuously ensure and comply with standard and contracted quality specifications
bull It is necessary to set up a quality testing program The testing could be undertaken in-house or through the use of independent laboratories
bull For the moment it will be assumed that testing of oil and sludge will be done by independent laboratories Frequency of tests will be 1 test per day per product Sample volume and sampling method will depend on applicable and approved standard testing methods

bull The plant shall undergo major repair and maintenance twice a year preferably every June and December This will ensure continuous efficient operations as well as minimal production downtime
