Mehr als zehn Arbeitsschritte, mindestens sechs MitarbeiterInnen und zwei Arbeitstage sowie drei Qualitätskontrollen muss ein

Markenprodukt durchlaufen, bevor es für den Verkauf freigegeben wird.

Beim Bau unseres neuen Firmengebäudes in 2006 wurde viel Wert auf ökologische Standards gelegt. Diese werden sowohl bei allen Arbeitsplätzen, sowie bei der Beschaffung von Materialien und der Produktion berücksichtigt.

In unserem Haus werden Stellen speziell für Menschen mit Einschränkungen geschaffen. Zudem unterstützen wir eine Behindertenwerkstatt mit ausgelagerten Arbeitsaufträgen.

Wir setzen, soweit möglich, auf kurze Beschaffungswege sowie auf hochwertige Materialien.

Unsere Produkte werden ausschließlich an unserem Standort in Nürnberg gefertigt. Qualität, Effizienz und Präzision – dafür steht „Made in Germany“ im Allgemeinen und die Künstlerpinselfabrik DEFET GmbH im Besonderen.

Unsere transparenten Verkaufsverpackungen bestehen aus ressourcenschonendem BIO-PET. Dieses biobasierte PET ist zu 30% hergestellt aus Zuckerrohr, einem nachwachsenden Rohstoff pflanzlichen Ursprungs. Darüber hinaus sind unsere Pinsel auch auf Wunsch ohne Verkaufsverpackung lieferbar.

Carefully selected, high-quality material and perfect handcraft are the base of our corporate philosophy.

Our comprehensive assortment leaves nothing to be desired and is constantly developed further, together with international Make-up Artists. Performance of the product and an innovative,up-to-date product range is our utmost priority.

In order to be approved for sale, a brand product hasto undergo at least six staff members, on average two working days as well as three quality checks.

During the construction of our new company building in 2006, great importance was attached to ecological standards. These are taken into account in all workplaces as well as in the procurement of materials and production.

At our premises, we provide jobs for people with disabilities. We also support a workshop of disabled with outsorced work assignments.

We focus on short delivery ways in our supply chain wherever possibleas well as on sourcing high-quality material.

Our products are manufactured exclusively at our premises in Nuremberg. Quality, efficiency and precision – that is what „Made in Germany“ stands for in general, and the artist brush factory DEFET GmbH in particular.

Our transparent sales packaging is made of resource-saving BIO-PET. This bio-based PET is 30% produced out of sugar cane – a renewable resource of plant origin. Moreover, our brushes are also available without sales packaging on request.

NATURHAAR:

Aufgrund seiner von Natur aus rauen, schuppigen Oberfläche werden Make-up Produkte gleichmäßig aufgetragen und verteilt. Mit der Erfahrung von Generationen werden in unserem Hause die Haare sorgfältig ausgewählt, welche sich aufgrund ihrer Struktur besonders für die jeweilige Anwendung eignen. Nur die Ausformung mit der geübten Hand des Pinselmachers erhält die natürlichen Haarspitzen und ermöglicht somit ein ebenmäßiges Schminkergebnis.

Bei sorgsamer Anwendung und regelmäßiger Reinigung ist eine lange Lebensdauer und somit auch der ökologische Aspekt eines nachhaltigen Schminkpinsels gewährleistet.

Bei den von uns verwendeten Naturhaaren handelt es sich um• extrafeines Bergziegenhaar• braunes Bergziegenhaar• Fehhaar• Ponyhaar• Rotmarderhaar

KUNSTFASER:

Kunstfasern besitzen eine glatte Oberflächen-struktur und eignen sich somit ideal für die Anwendung flüssiger Make-ups, wie Foundation, Concealer, Creme-Lidschatten, Gel-Eyeliner, etc.

Diese ermöglichen einen gezielten, streifenfreien und gleichmäßigen Auftrag. Zudem sind sie• leicht zu reinigen• langlebig und formstabil• ideal geeignet für Allergiker und Veganer

NATURHAAR IMITATION:

Diese neu entwickelten welligen Kunstfasern, die wir vor allem für unsere Linien SYNIQUE und STYLE verwenden, sind in Beschaffenheit und Struktur dem Naturhaar perfekt nachempfunden und sorgen für hohen Komfort in der Anwendung. Auch diese Fasern sind leicht zu reinigen, langlebig und formstabil.

NATURAL HAIR:

Due to its naturally flaked surface structure, make-up products can be applied flawless.

With the experience of generations, the hair which is particularly suitable for the respective application because of its structure, is carefully selected in our factory. Only the shaping by the experienced hands of the brush maker preserves the natural hair tips and thus enables a perfect make-up.

Careful application and regular cleaning ensure a long „brush life“ as well as the ecological aspect of a sustainable product.

SYNTHETIC FIBRE:

Synthetic fibres have a smooth surface, which makes them suitable for the application of liquid make-ups, such as foundation, concealer, cream eyeshadow, gel-eyeliner etc.

These fibres facilitate a precise and flawless application. Furthermore they are• easy to clean• long-lasting and stable• ideally suitable for allergy sufferers and vegans.

NATURAL HAIR-IMITATION „CRIMPED FIBRE“:

These newly developed synthetic fibres, that we mostly use for our SYNIQUE and STYLE series, are a perfect imitation of the natural hair. Due to their special structure, a major comfort in the application is guaranteed.Also fibres are easy to clean, long-lasting and stable.
