Provideongoingeducationforclubandregioncommitteemembers. - Programregulartrainingopportunitiesandincludetheminthecalendar.ProvideAGMsupportaroundcommonclubAGMtimes.- Hostaninductionseminarover2or3nightsinApriltohelpcommitteestoprepareforthenextseason.- Expandtheexistingworkshopprogramforregistrarstomakeitavailabletocommitteesaswell.

Makeuseoftechnologywherepossibleinthedeliveryofadministrationandgovernancetrainingandmentoringforclubsandregions.

- Usevideoconferencing(e.g.Zoom,GoToMeeting)forregulartrainingandmentoringopportunitiesforclubsandregions.- Providewaysforclubstobeableto‘dialin’towhateverservicestheyneedwhentheyneedit.

Ensurethatadministrationandgovernanceresourcesavailabletoclubsandregionsareup-to-dateandassimpleaspossible.Makeuseofavailableresourcesfromothersourceswhereappropriate(e.g.NPSR,DSRWA,PlaybytheRules,othergovernmentandcommercialproviders).

- Simplifyresourceswherepossible,sothatinformationcanbeprovidedtocommitteemembersinaprogressivemannerratherthanbombardingnewvolunteerswithtoomuchinformationatonce.- Updatethe‘GreyBook’– ClubSupportManual.Simplify(e.g.compartmentaliseormodularise)contentasappropriateandreintroduceittoclubs.- EnsurealleducationandsupportitemsontheBaseballQueenslandwebsitearerelevantandup-to-date.
