主席的話 Chairman's Message

基督教巴拿巴愛心服務團自 1981 年成立以來，已服侍香港三十多

年，一直以基督無私的愛去關心、照顧及幫助女性濫藥者，讓她們戒除

毒癮，重整生命，同時幫助她們改善與家人的關係，建立更多正面的支

援網絡。

我們亦積極與社會服務團體合作，鼓勵更多社會人士關顧這群體的

需要。更聯絡多個政府部門及各中小學校，宣傳預防濫用藥物的訊息，

希望可以配合政府，遏止吸食毒品的歪風。

明年本機構將踏進 35 週年紀念，我們都期待這日子的來臨，也承

諾繼續實踐聖經的教導及本機構的使命，就是「以基督的愛去協助女性

濫藥者戒除毒癮、重建生命及家庭」。

Established in 1981, The Christian Barnabas Charitable Service Association has been serving

Hong Kong for more than 30 years and also committed to the unconditional love of Jesus to care,

caring for and helping female abusers, let them kick off their drug habit, reassessing life, while

helping them to improve relationship with their family, to build more positive support networks.

We are also actively working with social service groups to encourage more community care

needs in this group. Contact many government departments and Primary and Secondary School to

promote anti-drug messages and hope to cooperate with the Government to curb unhealthy trend

of drug use.

Next year, Barnabas will step in its 35th Anniversary, we are looking forward to this day

to come, promising to continue to practice the teachings of the Bible and Barnabas’ mission

基 督 教 巴 拿 巴 愛 心 服 務 團 有 限 公 司 於

一九八一年，由一群基督徒組成，以聖經使徒

行傳所記載的人物巴拿巴為學習榜樣，願意慷

慨 仗 義 貢 獻 時 間 和 金 錢， 無 私 地 推 廣 公 益 事

業，機構的主要服務對象是女性吸毒者。本機

構於一九八七年正式註冊為非牟利機構，並於

一九九八年接受社會福利署津助，本機構也是香

港社會服務聯會及公益金成員。

The Barnabas Charitable Service Association Limited was founded in 1981 by a group of Christians who were inspired by a Bible figure, Barnabas as a comforter for those in need and they chose the female abusers of dangerous drugs as their target group for service.

The agency was registered as a non-profit making organization in 1987 and became a member of the Hong Kong Council of Social Services and the Community Chest subsequently. In 1998, the agency began to receive subvention from the HKSAR government.

為女性吸毒者提供為期九個月的住院服務。訓練之家主要目的是幫助女性吸毒者戒除毒癮，恢復身體及精神健康，並引導她們認識耶穌基督作為她們個人的救主，因只有神才能夠給予她們最終的指引，幫助她們忘記背後，努力面前，學習尋找自己生命的方向。i. 續顧服務

為已離院之舍友提供續顧支援服務，包括尋找職業、技能訓練、職業輔導、互助小組、崇拜安排及社交活動。ii. 預防工作 / 社區教育

在社區舉辦禁毒教育活動，並接受學校、機構邀請，提供專題講座 / 工作坊，組織過來人作見證分享，並為醫院的誤用藥物院友提供支援服務。機構安排不同形式的家長服務，協助在舍及畢業舍友發揮家庭角色及改善相處模式，推動關係復和、鞏固家庭功能。iii. 巴拿巴之友

為著鼓勵社會人士關顧這弱勢社群，我們設有「巴拿巴之友」的義工服務。他們可以參與本機構之活動，籌款及「師友計劃」。「師友計劃」是透過巴拿巴之友的個人經驗，與本機構受眾分享，並樂意與她們同行，強化康復成效，從中帶動社會人士關注及協助這群體成長，並得到助人為快樂之本的滿足感，加強個人發展和成長。2. 馬鞍山中途宿舍

馬鞍山中途宿舍是協助完成了南丫島住院服務的舍友重返社會和家庭作好準備。為此，我們著重個人發展的訓練和工作或升學的安排，中途宿舍的訓練為期三個月，於離院後本機構的個案工作員為她們繼續安排一年續顧服務。3. 馬鞍山短期院舍

為有輕度吸毒問題的女性設立短期住宿。這短暫與外界環境隔離，有助於提升她們戒毒的決心。我們同時提供個人輔導、小組討論、技能訓練及有益身心之活動，加強她們抗逆能力。

院舍戒毒治療康復服務

1. 南丫島訓練之家

為女性吸毒者提供為期九個月的住院服務。

訓練之家主要目的是幫助女性吸毒者戒除毒癮，

恢復身體及精神健康，並引導她們認識耶穌基督

作為她們個人的救主，因只有神才能夠給予她們

最終的指引，幫助她們忘記背後，努力面前，學

習尋找自己生命的方向。

Residential Service

It offers a 9-month residential program for the female abusers of dangerous drugs with the goals of assisting them to get rid of the addiction, to restore their physical and mental well-being and to receive Christ as their Lord. In this connection, they will be able to put their past behind them and search for their personal life goals. 2. Ma On Shan Half-way House3. Ma On Shan Short Term Home

A 3-month service to the residents graduated from the Lamma Training Centre by actively preparing them to return to the community and rejoin family. The focus of this period is on work or school, placement as well as the enhancing of personal confidence. One-year aftercare service will be provided for them upon leaving this house.A 6-month short-term hostel service for the mild female substance abusers to enable them to separate from outside contacts to heighten their determination to quit addiction to dangerous drugs. During this period, individual counseling, smal l group sess ions, sk i l l t ra ining and wholesome activities are provided to strengthen their ability to face life challenges and stresses. 社工部

感化官探訪機構Probation Officer visits us

i. AftercareProvides necessary monitoring and support

services for those who have returned to the community. Areas of attention include job hunting, skill training, employment counseling, mutual help group, social activities and worshipping or fellowship arrangement.

ii. Prevention / Community EducationWe provide community education programs

according to the application from community, furthermore, we organize supporting service for patients of substance abuse clinic. Through various activities such as family life education programs and workshops, we aim to enhance family functioning, facilitate mutual support and strengthen family relationship.

iii. Friends of Barnabas“Friends of Barnabas” is a volunteer group

set up to involve members of the society to join hands with us to serve our target groups. Their activities may include fund raising activities, taking on the role of mentor of our target groups upon their return to the community. While the mentee will benefit from having friendship and guidance, the mentors will also achieve their personal growth and enjoy a sense of satisfaction as a result.

社工在住院戒毒治療及康復服務的主要工作為

個案管理，擔任個案經理角色，負責舍友入院舍前

的需要評估，管理及協調舍友於住院期間的生活學

習，以及透過續顧服務，跟進舍友離院後的康復狀

況與各方面的適應。在個案管理層面上，個案經理

需要與不同單位及部門緊密合作，以便對舍友作出

全面評估，針對其需要及進度，訂定不同的康復計

劃，協助舍友康復。

社 工 部 於 2014-2015 年 期 間 為 南 丫 島 訓 練 之

家、馬鞍山中途宿舍及馬鞍山短期宿舍提供不同層

面的小組，內容有：自我認識及成長、預防重吸、

音樂及藝術治療、人際關係、戀愛探討、生命教育、

農務小組、歷奇訓練、義工訓練、生態導賞訓練和

發展性 kick boxing 小組及各式的興趣班如結他班、

美容班、化妝班、畫畫班，讓舍友的身心靈得著健

康發展。

同時我們亦舉辦就業取向小組，內容包括：探

索個人的職業路向、撰寫求職信、面試技巧及提供各

行各業的資訊，並拓展與其他機構或公司的合作空

間，讓舍友體驗如文職的工作、會計、電腦輸入、活

動助理、幼兒助教和工場助理導師等。本年度我們更

有新加入成為我們合作伙伴的「香港宣教會白普理上

水家庭中心」、「導航會計秘書顧問有限公司」及「旺

角蛋糕用品專門店」， 使舍友可以分別體驗社會服

務機構工作、會計秘書和製作蛋糕等工作。

一如以往，我們對家庭工作十分重視。就戒毒

者來說，我們深信得到家人的接納和支持，在康復

過程佔很重要的一環。為了提高舍友家屬對戒毒療

程有更深入的認識，社工部於本年度舉行了十二次

『家長工作坊』， 透過健康講座、情緒管理、院舍

服務介紹、毒品認識，過來人及家屬分享等不同主

題，使家屬們對相關主題有更多的了解，有助支持

和協助戒毒的家人。

在續顧服務中，過去一年我們嘗試集合牧靈

部、教育部和舍監部同工及基督教福臨教會心延心

小組，一同組織每月一次的續顧小組，內容包括詩

歌分享、主題訊息及彼此分享，離舍舍友在熟悉的

環境下互相分享，彼此支持及勉勵。期望小組能凝

聚和鞏固離舍舍友，幫助她們維持操守生活和建立

其靈命發展。

未來服務前瞻及重點

社工部為加強在舍舍友的適應，將新增適應小

組，並於入舍頭一個月內會安排家長參與「入舍適

應會議」以協助舍友和家長溝通，促進其適應和投

入院舍生活以完成訓練計劃。另外，社工部計劃在

來年繼續推展離舍舍友續顧小組，新增「愛 ‧ 回

家」小組，以興趣班作介入形式，以加強對離舍舍

友的關顧。因此，未來的服務重點將是在舍和離舍

關顧、家長服務三方面。更希望社工部能有穩定的

人手、各同工同心合意，為生命的事工而努力。

南丫島訓練之家南丫島訓練之家主要是為女性吸毒者提供長期

住院戒毒治療及康復服務，目的是幫助女性吸毒者

戒除毒癮，恢復身體及精神健康，住院期間會向她

們傳講福音，並教導她們認識耶穌基督是她們人生

的救主，給予她們力量去勝過個人的軟弱。幫助她

們忘記背後，努力向前，學習尋找自己生命的方向。

目前南丫島訓練之家有 26 個宿位，提供為期

最少十二個月的「長期住院戒毒及康復服務」。 舍

友首先被安排入住南丫島訓練之家，接受為期九個

月的康復治療，完成後便會轉往馬鞍山中途宿舍。

訓練之家藉著多元化的學習模式、生活訓練及深入

的輔導工作，向舍友傳遞耶穌基督的愛，從而協助

她們重整人生及價值觀。

在 2014 至 2015 年度，南丫島訓練之家有 40

名女性戒毒者入住，年齡介乎 15 至 32 歲，其中有

6 名舍友年齡為 18 歲以下。在入住的舍友中，由

感化官轉介入住的個案有 19 人，餘下的 21 名舍友

為自願申請個案或由其他社福機構、醫院轉介入住

宿舍。

小組及活動焦點

住院的女性戒毒者，常受過往的生活和情緒困

擾，及因長期吸毒而身心受損，大多產生扭曲和負

面的自我形象，她們很需要了解自己困擾的根源及

處理方法，藉此提升生活興趣及自信。針對以上女

性戒毒康復者之特性， 南丫島訓練之家的社工部舉

辦了成長小組、生命教育分享小組、情緒管理小組、

預防重吸小組和自我認識小組，增強舍友在身心方

就如她們自己人生因吸毒行為而變得負面消極，甚

至傷害自己，但透過戒毒治療，她們可以經歷神的

愛與管教，她們的生命也能茁壯成長。

馬鞍山中途宿舍馬鞍山中途宿舍為已完成南丫島訓練之家康復

療程的舍友提供最少三個月的住宿服務，協助舍友重

返社會生活，並作出多方面的配合和準備。入住中途

宿舍期間，個案經理會協助舍友訂下具體可行的重返

社會計劃，評估當中將會遇到的困難及挑戰，並共同

商討解決的方案。另外，我們亦會為舍友在重返社會

前安排一項為期約一個月的「工作體驗計劃」，讓學

員對重返社會有更充足的準備。最後，在舍友離舍之

前，個案經理會協助舍友反思整個治療過程中的個人

成長，當舍友正式離舍時，她們會繼續接受個案經理

為期一年的續顧服務之跟進。

目前馬鞍山中途宿舍及短期宿舍合共有 27 個

宿 位， 中 途 宿 舍 佔 9 個。2014 至 15 年 度， 共 20

名舍友入住，所有舍友能成功完成整個訓練而順利

畢業，當中有 3 位繼續在舍進深學習，完成畢業率

高達 100%。

小組及活動焦點

在中途宿舍的三個月的住宿期間， 「工作體

驗計劃」是為預備重返社會的其中一項重點訓練，

透過個案經理與不同合作伙伴接洽及安排，為即將

畢業離舍的舍友安排為期約四星期的工作實習，讓

舍友在離舍前有機會適應及融入社會生活。舍友藉

著此計劃學習到相關職業的工作技巧和體驗，而合

作單位亦會為舍友提供定期督導，向她們提出意

見，讓舍友能夠從中有改善的空間，協助她們重拾

工作的動力和責任感，為將來重新投入社會工作作

好準備。

面的健康成長發展。本年度新舉辦的小組有「心樂

飄飄深情尋」音樂治療、發展性 kick boxing、適應

等小組。

「心樂飄飄深情尋」音樂治療小組舉行了 12

節，共 12 位舍友參加。導師運用音樂治療， 讓舍

友嘗試利用聲音和音樂情緒的各種形式，以及不同

的聆聽方式達到治療目的。舍友除有效舒緩壓力，

改善她們的抑鬱、壓力和焦慮之餘，透過音樂元素

和才藝表演，更能發掘她們對音樂的才能和興趣，

從而提升她們自信心和成功感，並探討音樂治療對

女性戒毒者的影響。

發展性 kick boxing 小組共 22 位舍友參加。由

北區醫院的物理治療師透過活動前後試評估，具體

地讓舍友體驗及認知毒品在她們身體和認知能力兩

方面的損害，從而鼓勵她們減少接觸毒品，減低重

吸的機會。

適應小組共 5 位舍友參加，有感新入舍的姊妹

對院舍適應及生活遇到的困難而使她們大機會放棄

住院計劃，故由個案經理負責以遊戲互動及分享的

方式去協助新入舍舍友盡快適應院舍生活、增強她

們在舍的目標、建立彼此分擔及扶持的關係，加強

舍友完成住院計劃的決心。

未來服務前瞻及重點

為了使舍友對自己生命珍惜和重視，並配合南

丫島天然美麗的大自然環境，在未來一年，我們會

繼續舉辦農務小組，透過適時耕種及面對突如其來

風暴而影響收成的經歷，使舍友可以體會生命的成

長是需要經過耕耘、等待、修剪及環境預備， 情況

社工部

在參與工作體驗計劃前，會為舍友安排「職前

培訓小組」，小組內容包括提高她們對自己選擇行

業條件之了解，以及教導她們求職技巧和途徑、撰

寫履歷和面試技巧，使舍友可以學習應有的面試技

巧，從而增強舍友就業方面的競爭能力。

本年度共有 20 名舍友參與並完成此計劃的要

求，本年更新增三間機構提供實習崗位，謹此向「香

港宣教會白普理上水家庭中心」、「導航會計秘書

顧問有限公司」及「旺角蛋糕用品專門店」致謝。

未來服務前瞻及重點

舍友透過「工作體驗計劃」，除了能將日常課

堂所學的知識如電腦文書處理應用在相關工作上，

從中更學懂返工的應有態度和責任，有助她們日後

重投社會及職場。未來，我們仍會繼續推行「工作

體驗計劃」， 積極尋求更多的工作伙伴和網絡。此

外，我們亦會在小組內容上增強有關就業輔導和各

行各業的資訊資料，以及相關行業的培訓課程，讓

舍友可以裝備自己。

為支援將重返社會而尚要鞏固其操守及信心

的舍友，我們會推薦及審批舍友申請「學習進深計

劃」，以協助舍友在進深的三至六個月內，在靈命

成長、生活反思、生活態度、技能學習及工作等五

方面訂立更具體的目標及任務，鞏固舍友所學，加

強她們離舍後的操守生活。

在重建家庭關係上，我們會繼續進行家庭面談

及會議，推動家人參與，以促進舍友與家人之間的

溝通和了解，互相體諒和支持。

馬鞍山短期宿舍 在 2014 至 2015 年，共為 43 名年齡介乎 20

至 43 歲的女性吸毒者提供為期六個月的短期住院

服務，為有輕度吸毒問題的女性戒毒康復者提供短

期的住院戒毒治療及康復服務。藉著短暫與外界隔

離，提昇她們戒毒的決心，加強她們的抗逆能力，

並同時提供個人輔導、小組服務興趣班和有益身心

的活動，準備為她們離院後重返家園或開展新的工

作。我們更會為舍友提供專業的輔導服務，亦按著

舍友的需要和能力而提供適切的全方位訓練，如生

活訓練、靈命發展、多元化技能等，務求舍友能得

到全面的關懷。

小組及活動焦點

除在南丫島訓練之家小組推行發展性 kick boxing

小組外，馬鞍山短期宿舍亦有推行，共 17 位舍友

參加。由北區醫院的物理治療師透過活動前後試評

估，具體地讓舍友體驗及認知毒品在她們身體和認

知能力兩方面的損害，從而鼓勵她們減少接觸毒

品，減低重吸的機會。舍友透過課堂的學習，能在

小組中成功完成一項或以上的運動訓練。活動除令

馬鞍山短期宿舍進行，共 8 位舍友參加。導師運用

音樂治療， 讓舍友嘗試利用聲音和音樂等各種形

式，以及不同的聆聽方式達到治療目的。舍友除有

效舒緩壓力，改善她們的抑鬱、壓力和焦慮之餘，

透過音樂元素和才藝表演，更能發掘她們在音樂方

面的才能和興趣，從而提升她們自信心和成功感，

並探討音樂治療對女性戒毒者的影響。

我們連同救世軍柴灣青少年服務綜合服務中心

合作進行「敍事藝術治療小組」，共 8 位舍友參加。

透過以創作、互動及分享的方式去協助舍友面對她

們在感情上的困難和引誘，提升她們自我關顧的認

知需要，從而預防因伴侶的問題而重吸的情況。舍

友表示很享受自我創作的過程，在創作過程中，她

們能抒發情感，並能作自我提醒。

我們也進行了「巴拿巴 Music Cafe」小組，舍

友藉着籌備營運一間模擬 Cafe 店，有效學習分工合

作，各按其職，建立團隊合作精神。同時，小組也

可以肯定舍友的能力，提升她們的自我效能感，為

她們重返社會時作職前培訓及作好準備。

未來服務前瞻及重點

社工部將在未來的一年，嘗試與不同的社區團

體及機構合作，繼續提供多元化而切合舍友需要的

小組，包括：自我認識、預防重吸、義工小組、單

車導賞等小組，也會加強個人輔導來加強舍友遠離

毒品的決心。我們期望半年的住院訓練和續顧服務，

可協助她們重新認識生命的意義和價值，重拾自信

心和提升抗逆能力，而往後的續顧小組能協助她們

維繫健康的社交支援網絡以及提供適切的支援服務。

Social Work Unit

Lamma Training CentreLamma Training Centre provide long-term

residential drug rehabilitation service to female drug abusers, with the objective to help residents to get rid of drug addiction and restore physical and mental health through God’s love and gospel. As cited in the Bible, “it is clear to me that I have not come to that knowledge; but one thing I do, letting go those things which are past, and stretching out to the things which are before.” (Philippians 3:13)

Social workers are the case managers of all residents who will determine the eligibility of the applicants, ensure that appropriate treatment plans are devised to meet the individual needs, assess periodically the residents’ progress in the home, and fully prepare them for return to the community upon graduation. In this regards, they have to work hand in hand with all colleagues to promote an integrated programs to achieve rehabilitation.

Lamma Training Centre has 26 places for long-term residential drug treatment program, the residents will first attend a nine-month rehabilitation program in Lamma Training Centre, and then transferred to the Ma On Shan Halfway House for the last three-month program to prepare for the graduation. There are different learning model, life training activities as well as individual counseling service within the treatment program, with an aim to passing the love of Jesus Christ to the residents so that they can experience love and care.

In 2014-2015, there are 40 residents with age 15- 32 years. Within there are 6 residents age 18 or below. 19 residents are referred from other social welfare organization, hospitals or voluntary service whereas 21 residents referred by probation officer.

To assist residents to get rid of addiction, we need to pay attention to their personal problems including values, attitude towards life and also the difficulties encountered in their life. To facilitate their self-awareness, Case Managers organized life education, self-understanding, gardening programs for the residents. From the feedbacks of residents, the programs can help to improve their self image and enhance their learning motivation. We will continue to organize the program in the coming year.

Ma On Shan Half-way House Ma On Shan Halfway houses aims to provide

hostel services for residents who have completed the training of Lamma Training Centre successfully, there will be at least three months service to prepare residents’ graduation and return to the community.

The focus of this period is ‘plan for the future’, case manager will clarify with the residents whether they would like to find a job or back to college. Emphasis was therefore placed on arranging for their residence, work, school and church attendance.

To learn and reflect from a real situation, case manager will arrange a 1-month “Work Placement Scheme” for residents. We matched jobs with residents in accordance with their competence level, interests and needs for personal growth. They had to attend interviews before they were accepted for a post and were also expected to behave as ordinary workers. Case manager would conduct assessments periodically with both the employer and the client, help the client to learn and improve through the practicum.

When residents graduated from Barnabas, one-year aftercare service will be provided for them as one of the supporting resources.

Both Halfway Home and short-term Home located in Ma On Shan with totally 27 places. In 2014-15, 20 residents move in, all of them can complete the training successfully. 3 residents joined the ‘Advanced Course’, stayed for another 3-month voluntary to consolidate the learning and the completion rate is up to 100%.

Ma On Shan Short-Term HomeIn 2014-2015, 43 addicted young girls age 20-

43 were admitted to the Ma On Shan Short Term Home where they would complete 6 months program so as to separate them from outside temptation. To enrich the residential training, we made efforts to bring varieties to the programs and facilitate residents’ self awareness through professional counseling session.

We also cooperated with North District Hospital to organize “Kick-Boxing Training Group”. For the

“Kick-Boxing Training Group”, it was leaded by experienced physiatrist from North District Hospital. The group consisted 20 sessions and served over 17 residents in the group. Residents were benefited from the group especially in the physical condition and aware how their health was adversely affected by drugs.

In order to help residents to tackle the emotional disturbance, the "Music therapy group" was held in Ma On Shan short-term home with 8 group members. The music therapist provides positive guidance to group members through songs, relaxation exercises and music drama, as well as the learning of various music instruments.

We have cooperated with “Salvation Army Youth Service Centre” in Chai Wan to organize “Narrative Art Therapy Group”. 8 residents enrolled in this Program. The art therapy can be used to relieve stress or tension, or it can be used as a mode of self-discovery. We also conducted a "Barnabas Music Cafe" group, which provide hands-on learning for our residents. To run a Café by themselves, residents need to cooperate with each other, they learn to listen and share, in other word, respect one another.

Future planIt is not easy for female drug abusers to

accommodate with hostel’s regulations; they may quit the program in the first stage. Therefore, case manager will organize a ‘Conform Group’ for the new admitted residents within the first month. Besides, a "Conform Sharing Meeting" will arrange for the new resident and their parents, case manager will be the Chairman of the meeting and facilitate sharing between girl and parents.

The meeting focuses on emotional ventilation and let resident gain support from parents. By all means, encourage residents to complete the whole rehabilitation program.

Moreover, we plan to continue and strength the aftercare services in the coming year by organize the "Love�Home" aftercare program each month and also continue 3 cell groups that leaded by teacher, social worker and warden to match the interest of the graduate residents.

“And we are conscious that all things are working together for good to those who have love for God” (Romans 8:28), to further enhance our service, there are three main aspects in the future plan: residential service, aftercare service and parenting service. We can’t do this without your support, please keep us in your prayer.

牧靈部肩負愛的使命，給予舍友和同工靈性關顧和

栽培，鼓勵舍友靠著上帝恩典建立健康人生，恢復神賜

予人的形象，有信心與家庭和社會，重建關係，並期望

參加教會，繼續得到支援。2014 下半年為院舍建立恆

常主日崇拜聚會，由傳道同工主力負責信息。為顧及新

舍友需要，機構自行設計《天國新丁》課程，幫助舍友

認識基本信仰。

舍友牧養南丫島訓練之家

舍友踏進南丫島，要適應遠離塵囂，背山面海的

寧靜環境，並要過著羣體宿舍生活，接受一年的訓練療

程。不論舍友對基督教信仰認識多寡，上帝的恩慈眷顧

每天都圍繞著她們，唱詩、讀經、祈禱成為屬靈生命成

長的養分。例如早上靈修和早會、下午讀經和聖經課、

晚上查經和禱告，讓她們認識創造生命的上帝，並在同

工的指導關懷，舍友的陪伴同行，感受和經歷永恆上主

的同在。牧靈部同工時常約談關心舍友，扶持她們，為

她們禱告。大部分舍友都願意把生命交託主，決志相信

祂，靠著基督的大能，重建生命。

馬鞍山中途及短期宿舍1）長期舍友

南丫島舍友經過 9 個月訓練，來到馬鞍山中途宿

舍，接受餘下 3 個月的學習歷程，被稱為「長期舍友」。

除了工作體驗外，也持續宿舍的靈命操練，並且有機會

體驗教會生活，一個月兩次參加教會週六崇拜，鼓勵畢

業後繼續教會生活，接受栽培造就，持續穩固生命。在

宿舍的主日崇拜，由牧靈部同工帶領下，長期舍友有機

會學習事奉，擔任主席、詩歌敬拜和司琴，與講員信息

配合，凝聚小型教會的崇拜氣氛。

2）短期舍友

短期舍友接受 6 個月的學習療程，相比長期舍友的

日子為短，然而上帝給人的慈愛並沒有縮短，供應的屬

靈餵養沒有缺乏。恆常早上靈修和早會、下午讀經和聖

經課、晚上分享禱告，不論生命強弱，情緒起伏，上帝樂

意她們親近祂，喜悅她們的詩歌頌唱，傾聽她們的微聲禱

告。她們學習《天國新丁》課程和耶穌生平故事；在主日

崇拜上，短期舍友也有份參與事奉，學習擔當主席、領詩

和司琴，她們認真準備，投入服事，令人感到欣慰。

團隊牧養同工退修日於 2014 年 11 月 8 日在沙田道風山舉

行，主題「自省 . 合一」，39 位同工在雨天下，領受從

上而來的屬靈福氣。承蒙宣道會基蔭堂傳道江麗娟姑娘

主講信息，生命教育訓練中心課程總監楊偉忠先生主領

團隊活動，大家得著鼓勵，投入每個環節，達到自省與

合一的目標。

同工團契平均每月一次，由於部分同工當值，或外

出工作，出席團契的同工接近 30 位。團契內容有詩歌敬

拜、講員信息、代禱，凝聚同工關係。此外，同工在南

丫島和馬鞍山各舉行每月祈禱會，彼此守望。

家長日南丫島和馬鞍山短期舍友都期待每月一次家長日，

能夠與家人會面，從中得著安慰和鼓勵。牧靈部同工也

趁此機會認識家長，給予支持，分享信仰。這年度，在

南丫島和馬鞍山分別舉行佈道會暨家長日：2014 年 12

月 21 日於宣道會香港仔堂舉行聖誕佈道會，與會者共

有 64 人，當中有 5 位舍友立志跟從主，8 位家長表示

願意進深認識信仰，整體十分滿意當日聚會安排，大家

投入歡樂氣氛。2015 年 3 月 1 日於馬鞍山中央禮堂舉

行新春佈道會，與會者共有 48 人。承蒙香港聖公會聖

保羅堂及聖提多堂主領聚會，整體氣氛良好，投入聚

會，感覺溫馨。

續顧聚會牧靈部與社工部合力舉辦一些續顧聚會。於 2014

年 12 月 19 日舉行續顧聖誕聚餐聯歡會，由心延心小組

帶領聚會，與會者共 34 人，其中 13 位為畢業舍友和家

屬。2015 年 3 月 27 日舉行續顧聚餐分享會，有 8 位畢

業舍友參加。兩次續顧聚會，畢業舍友分享見證，激勵

長期舍友，看見上帝在畢業姊妹身上的作為而感恩。

Pastoral Care Unit

Love is our mission. The spiritual and pastoral care service is available to our residents and co-workers. In God's grace, we support residents in building a healthy lifestyle and restoring them back to His image. With confidence, they rebuild relationships with family and community. We hope to have continuous support from different participating Churches. In the second half of 2014, we had regular Sunday service preaching by our PCU co-workers. For new residents’ basic belief, we had designed and tailor-made the "Newcomers" course.

Pastoral Care of ResidentsLamma Training Center (LTC)

When the resident comes to LTC, she would find her away from urban area. With mountains and water, she would join a group of hostel life and go through a nine-month training program. Regardless of their understanding in Christian faith, they are surrounding by God's grace. Hymns singing, Bible reading, and prayer are their nutrition for spiritual growth. They have morning devotion and spiritual meeting. In the afternoon, they have Bible reading and Bible lessons. In the evening, they have Bible class and prayer time. They gradually know God’s creation. With the guidance and care by co-workers, residents find and know the presence of God. Co-workers of PCU have one-to-one meeting with each resident. With prayer support, they stand firm. Most of the residents will finally commit to God and rebuild their lives.

Ma On Shan Half-way House andShort-term Home1) Long-term Residents

After nine-month training in LTC, resident will transfer to Ma On Shan Half-way House for another three-month program. In addition to work place scheme, they continue to do spiritual practice. They have the opportunity to experience church life and join Saturday worship twice a month. After graduation, they are encouraged to continue in the faith development of church life. In Sunday service at the hostel, they have the opportunity to learn to serve. With PCU co-workers’ guidance, they take the role of chairperson, worship leader and pianist. Together with the speaker, we all actually form a small church.

2) Short-term ResidentsShort-term residents receive six-month hostel service.

Despite of shorter program, God’s abundant mercy knows no limit. They have regular morning devotion and spiritual meeting, afternoon Bible reading and Bible lessons. They share in the evening prayer. Regardless of their emotion and life change, they know the presence of God. God hears their hymns and answer every prayer. They learn "Newcomers" course and the story of Jesus. On Sunday service, they learn to serve. They take the role of chairperson, worship leader and pianist. Their well preparation and passion are greatly appreciated.

Pastoral Care for Co-workersWe had Co-workers Retreat on November 8, 2014 at

the Sha Tin Tao Fung Shan. The theme was "Reflection and Compassion." In the rain, thirty-nine co-workers received spiritual blessing. Thanks to the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church (Kei Yam Alliance Church) Pastor Kwong Lai-kuen shared her story. Mr. Yeung Wai-chung, Chris of Training for life Ltd. led the group activity. In every aspect, we were encouraged and achieved the goal of reflection and compassion.

We have Co-workers Fellowship once a month. Although part of the co-workers are on duty or working outside, we have almost thirty co-workers in attendance. Fellowship includes worship, speaker sharing, and intercession. It unites our relationship. In each month, co-workers are held a prayer session on LTC and Ma On Shan respectively. We pray for each other.

Parents DayIn each month, we have Parents Day for LTC and

Ma On Shan Short-term residents. It is a blessing to meet with their families. PCU co-workers take the opportunity to know the parents, support, and share our faith. This year, we held joint evangelistic meeting and Parents Day on both Lamma Island and Ma On Shan: (1) On December 21, 2014 in Aberdeen Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, it was a total of sixty-four people. Among them, five residents committed to Christ. Eight parents expressed their willingness to know the faith. We have festive atmosphere. (2) On March 1, 2015 in Ma On Shan, it was a total of forty-eight people in the New Year Gathering. Thanks to SKH St. Paul's Church and SKH St. Titus’ Church host the gathering. It was an overall good atmosphere.

PCU togethe r w i th the Social Work Department held a number of aftercare gatherings. On December 19, 2014, we held a Christmas party, which led by Heart-to-heart cell group. It was a total of thirty-four people, including thirteen graduates and their families. On March 27, 2015, we had eight graduates. In these two aftercare gathering, graduates shared their testimonies. They encouraged the long-term residents and all glory be to God on high during the meeting.

教育部

教育部一向致力發展及培育舍友的潛能，通過營

造一個和諧及愉快的學習環境，讓舍友能重拾學習的

動機和興趣，培養積極學習態度，建立正確的價值觀

和提升她們的生活技能，讓她們重新投入社區繼續學

習。二零一三年獲「新界崇德社」的贊助推行資訊科

技及普通話學習計劃，推行普通話教學課程；加強舍

友的職業培訓，從而增加舍友重返社會的競爭力。因

此，我們除了不斷改善課堂的設計，每升期階段為她

們訂立學習目標包括倉頡輸入法，數學，軟件學習、

會計、音樂，報考公開試等，透過舉辦不同的活動，

加強她們對院舍投入程度和學習與人相處等技巧。

教育局專業培訓二零一四年七月二十一日及十一月一日，教育局

安排唐小慧督學到訪南丫島訓練之家；透過兩天觀課

了解課程實施的情況，進行面談及查閱各科學生的習

作及視察宿舍的設施，並接見個別學生，了解其學習

的困難及興趣。教育局督學每次均即時回饋本機構的

課程設計和教學內容，給予有關專業意見，提升本團

的教學質素。

其次，教育部的老師參加教育局舉辦之教師專業

發展及網路支援工作坊，於二零一四年七月二十一日

教育局安排其中兩位老師參觀香港戒毒會女性中心，

並安排當日進行英文科教學的簡報會，與不同中心老

師進行教學交流活動。二零一四年十二月三日教育局

安排老師參觀則仁學校，藉著這個機會，我們增加了

認識教導有適應困難學生的方法，以及與其他戒毒中

心的人員交流設計教育課程的心得。

社區記者計劃為加強學員的中文表達能力，二零一四年四至七

月期間，十多位短期學員參加由市區重建局贊助之香

港藝術節「細閱香港」活動；希望透過是項計劃讓學

員對中文科產生興趣；同時透過認識現代詩人「也斯」

的新詩作品，讓學員可以重新了解香港社區的變化。

希望透過是項活動讓舍友重新認識藝術、社區生活及

文化之間的關係，引發學員思考，藉此擴闊她們的眼

界和加深對香港文化及歷史的認知。二零一四年七月

七日，八位短期學員獲邀請到中環街市參加「細閱香

港之開幕禮」，並展出她們的部份作品。

新界崇德社由「新界崇德社」贊助之「2014-2015 資訊科技

及普通話學習計劃」，計劃於二零一四年六月四日開

始，計劃期間內增聘了一位普通話導師，並逢星期三

及五到馬鞍山中途宿舍及南丫島訓練之家進行普通話

教學工作。二零一四年六月，南丫島訓練之家舉辦「普

通話演講比賽」，同學在聖經中選擇最喜愛的人物，

以介紹聖經人物為題，製作簡報，此活動大大提昇了

學員以普通話溝通的能力及信心。

二零一四年六月，南丫島訓練之家有六位學生參

加由北區醫院「危機轉向計劃」舉辦之「一念之間」

短片創作比賽，計劃希望透過利用成功戒毒者的真人

在二零一四年八月二十日，我們接待了「貴州

青年服務團」到訪宿舍，當天共有四十多位來自貴州

的大學生分別到訪了南丫島訓練之家及馬鞍山中途宿

舍，從活動中大家彼此交流文化和食物，舍友亦藉此

有更多機會去練習普通話。

二零一四年八月二十日，分別有六位短期舍友參

加了由「新界崇德社」贊助之課程，這個課程針對性

的對普通話正音進行了強化教育，又讓舍友掌握了各

項應試技巧，我們有六位學員利用了兩個月的準備時

間，考取了中國國家語委所頒發的普通話專業資格，

當中有一位學員考獲二乙、兩位學員考獲三甲和三位

學員考獲三乙的成績。

二零一四年十月十五日，馬鞍山中途宿舍舉行了

普通話唱歌比賽，當日有六隊進行比賽，結果有兩隊

舍友進入決賽。南丫島訓練之家有五隊進行比賽，有

三隊舍友進入決賽。至於在比賽中所有晉級的隊伍，

被安排到「旺角團契樂園」進行錄音。當日分別八位

南丫島舍友，兩位短期舍友及三位中途宿舍舍友參

與，所有舍友都十分投入是項活動，並體驗到專業錄

音室的錄音過程，並且獲得專業人士教授歌唱技巧，

是次錄音被製作成為比賽音樂光碟。

社區義工義教計劃為了發揮互助互愛的精神，本團於二零一三年四

月開始致力推行「社區義工入村義教」計劃，計劃招

募了社會上各階層人士成為本機構義工。我們很榮幸

能獲得「梅夫人婦女會」Moyreen 協助，於二零一四

年四至六月期間逢星期一入村教授英語日常對話，大

部份舍友均非常投入，反應理想。二零一四年七月至

八月期間，分別有兩位義工教授彈琴班及英文會話

班。二零一四年暑假期間，亦邀請了一位香港教育學

院視覺藝術系學士學生，於南丫島訓練之家教授十堂

畫畫課，當中包括色彩應用技巧、木顏色畫、水彩畫

及油畫等，並特別在最後一課教導學員製作彩色瑞士

卷，深受學員歡迎。二零一四年六月份開始逢星期三

早上，邀請了音樂老師入村，教授非洲鼓，讓舍友學

習不同的拍子及節奏配合，大部份同學都非常投入是

項節奏訓練課程。二零一四年七月二日於南丫島訓練

之家舉行非洲鼓師生友誼賽，全院舍友非常投入練

習，發揮創作的精神，結果由同工舍友隊獲得冠軍。

是項計劃除了讓舍友提升各方面的能力，也能讓義工

擔當着同路人的重要角色。

每季舉行不同的興趣班二零一四年六月我們邀請義工親自傳授包�秘技，

讓舍友及同工可享受自製端午�的樂趣；二零一四年九

月一日邀請義工教授製作月餅班，舍友不單止享受製

作月餅的過程，同時亦透過自家製作，讓她們有發揮

創意機會，令到每一位舍友都可以製作「獨一無異」

的傳統月餅；二零一五年二月九日我們邀請幾位義工

教授製作蘿蔔糕、年糕及角仔等賀年食物，透過節日

食物預備，分享傳統中國人節日的樂趣。

跑步比賽二零一四年九月二十八日，馬鞍山的三位短期舍

友參加在沙田舉行的「Jamieson 十公里挑戰賽」，雖

然當天天氣比較炎熱，但舍友都能堅持到底，順利完

成賽事。

二零一四年十月十二日，馬鞍山的四位長期舍友

分別參加在科學園白石角舉行的三公里和八公里的「安

怡健跑日」，舍友都能完成賽事，並達到自己設定的

目標。二零一四年十二月十日分別有四位長期舍友，

及四位短期舍友參加「科學園跑步比賽」，分別參加

3 及 8 公里賽事；所有舍友均能順利完成當日賽事。

二零一四年十月二十六日由項目發展部舉辦之

「向毒品 say no 慈善長跑」比賽，分別有八位短期和

四位中途宿舍舍友參加。當日由老師帶隊，並邀請一

位社工及兩位舍監協助完成，其中短期學員更獲得第

三名成績。

「逆旅先鋒—全人歷奇籌款」由「你心我心慈善基金」、「有心人」贊助與

及每一位舍友自行募捐，於二零一四年十一月二十九

日至三十日，我們參加由突破青年村舉辦之逆旅先鋒

2014「逆旅先鋒—全人歷奇籌款活動」，其中南丫

島分別派了六位舍友、馬鞍山短期有四位舍友及馬鞍

山中途宿舍兩位舍友組成三隊（「巴辣 A 隊、巴辣 B

隊及巴辣 C 隊」）參加十五公里的賽事；由於大部份

學生均是缺乏行山活動經歷，當日面對惡劣天氣，她

們均順利完成整項賽事，完全體會大會所提出的口號

「在乎同行，在乎堅持」；她們分別以 6 小時 35 分，

7 小時 50 分及 8 小時 52 分順利完成。

公開考試教育部在過去一年共舉行了四次英國必文學會

的電腦考試，共四十二人次應考不同的科目，包括初

級或中級中文試算表、中級中文文書處理、中級簡

報表、中級英文數據處理、及二、三級英文簿記。其

中有二十五人次取得優異成績，十四人次取得合格成

績。（詳見圖表一）

二零一五年二月二十七日，一名短期舍友報考

英國必文學會英文考試的 ACCESS 級別（International

English for Speakers of Other Languages - IESOL），成績有

待公佈。

二零一四年九及十一月期間邀請聖約翰救護機構

於南丫島訓練之家及馬鞍山中途宿舍舉辦了三次成人

急救班，南丫島的急救班已於二零一四年九月份舉行，

有十四位舍友及六位同工參加。二零一四年十一月馬

鞍山中途宿舍亦舉行了急救班，當中有九位舍友及

十一位同工參加。二零一四年十一月二十九日亦舉辦

了急救重溫班，有九位同工及兩位畢業舍友參加。以

上考試除了肯定她們的學習成果外，更有助她們將來

重投社會，進入職場，增強她們日後繼續進修的信心。

Educat ion Department is str iv ing for the development and cultivation of potential for the roommates, allows them to regain their motivations and interests of learning by means of providing a harmonious and joyful learning environment and cultivates them to behave positive learning attitude, build a correct personal value, enhances their living skills and allows them to participate in the community for their continuing learning. Promotes information technology and Mandarin learning project as a sponsored by Zonta Club of the New Territories in 2013, promotes Mandarin teaching courses and enhances their vocational training abilities so that their competitiveness of re-entering the society can be enhanced. Therefore, not only the curriculum designs are improved continually every week, we set up several learning targets for them, include Cang-Jie input method, Mathematics, software learning, Accounting, Music and application for public examinations, etc. Thus, their satisfaction and the social skill could be improved .

Professional Training of EducationBureau

Education Bureau arranged inspector to visit the Lamma Training Centre on 21 July and 1 Nov 2014 respectively and she understood the situation of Curriculum implementation during classes’ observations, carried out the interviews and inspected the assignments of student of various subjects and facilities of dormitories. Moreover, she have several interviews with individual student and understood their difficulties and interests of learning. She provided us the Curriculum design, teaching materials and professional advices at the end of the visit , so that our quality of teaching could be improved.

We participated in professional development of Teachers and Networking Support Workshop which organized by Education Bureau. We arranged two teachers to visit Hong Kong SARDA Women’s Centre on 21 July 2014. On that day, we sit in a lesson of teaching in English Language and a exchange between the teachers of different centres. The Education Bureau also arranged our teachers to visit

Chak Yan School on 3 December 2014 so as to make us understand and improve the methods of teaching for the student who have their learning difficulties. During the visit we exchange our experiences of design of educational Curriculum with the staff in other Drug Treatment centres.

Community Journalist PlanIn order to enhance the Chinese Literature

ability for the students, over 10 short-term students participated in “Reading Hong Kong of Hong Kong Arts Festival” which was sponsored by Urban Renewal Authority. By studying Mr. Ya Si’s poem, it allowed our students to think the relationship between living and culture of community. Besides, it inspired them to think, expanded their visions and enhanced their recognitions on culture and history of Hong Kong during the visit. Eight short-term students were invited to participate in the “Opening ceremony of Reading Hong Kong ” at Central Market on 7 July 2014. Part of their works were displayed in the Exhibition.

Zonta Club of the New TerritoriesCharitable Trust

The 2014-15 Information Technology and Mandarin Learning Project which was sponsored by the “Zonta Club of the New Territories Charitable Trust” has provides us budget to recruited a Mandarin teacher. The mandarin teacher carried out the Mandarin tuitions at Ma On Shan Half-way House and Lamma Training Centre on every Wednesday and Friday. At the end of June 2014, Lamma Training Centre organized a Mandarin speech contest, student selected their favorite characters in Bible and prepared their presentations by introducing them. Thus, their abilities and confidence of using Mandarin for communication have been greatly enhanced.

In mid of June 2014, six students of Lamma Training Centre participated in a Moment clip creation contest which was organized by the "Crisis Accommodation Plan” of North District Hospital. They expected to create a promotional clip by carrying out a real interview with the drug dependent

patients successfully and presented in the Awards Presentation event on 18 July 2014. Two of our teams received excellent achievements.

On 20 August, 2014, 40 GuiZhou University students visited Lamma Training Centre and Ma On Shan Half-way House respectively. Our students exchanged experience of food and culture with the visitors and gained more opportunities to practice their Mandarin.

On 20 August 2014, six short-term students attended the courses as sponsored by “Zonta Club of the New Territories Charitable Trust”. The course focused on enhancing correct pronunciation of Mandarin and mastering of various skills on attending the examinations. Those courses helped our student to acquire a Mandarin professional qualification as issued by State Language Commission. As a result, one student obtained 2B, two students obtained 3A and three students obtained 3B respectively.

A Mandarin Singing Contest was held on 15 October 2014 at Ma On Shan Half-way House. There were six teams for this competition. Finally, two teams promoted to the final. At the same time, five teams of Lamma Training Centre also joined this competition and three of them promoted to the final. The promoted teams in this competition were also arranged to Mong Kok M2K Music 2000 for sound recording on 22 October 2014. Eight students of Lamma Training Centre, two short-term students and three students of Half-way House participated happily in this event and experienced a professional recording process in a studio. Besides, they have received a singing skill lesson by a professional and recorded a music CD for their competition successfully at the end of December 2014.

Voluntarily Teaching Plan ofCommunity Volunteers

In order to exhibit a spirit of mutual love and cooperation, our team strived to commence a Voluntarily Teaching Plan of Community Volunteers and recruited people from various classes in a community to become our organizational volunteers. Supported by the "The Helena May", one of their member carried out a daily English conversation course on every Monday during April to June 2014. Most of the students learnt happily and we received a positive response. Two of our volunteers, taught piano playing and English Conversation courses respectively during July to August 2014. During summer vacation in 2014, One Bachelor degree student in Academy of Visual Arts of Hong Kong Institute of Education came to teach ten drawing courses in Lamma Training Centre. The courses included skill of using color, color pencil painting, color and oil painting, etc. Moreover, she also

taught our student how to make Colorful Swiss Roll at the end of the course. One of our volunteer came to teach Djembe on every Wednesday on June 2014. Most of the students devoted themselves in full effort in this rhythm training. A Djembe Friendship Contest between students and teachers was reflected in Lamma Training Centre on 2 July 2014, because all the students endeavored to practice and exhibited their creative spirit. As a result, fellow and student team obtained a championship.

Different interest courses were held in every season

Volunteers were invited to teach the Wrapping skill of rice dumpling in June 2014. The event allowed the students and fellows to enjoy their interests of wrapping a rice dumpling that made by themselves. In addition, volunteers were also invited to teach the making method of moon cake on 1 September 2014. Not only this event allowed students to enjoy a fabrication process of Moon Cake, it allowed them to display their creative opportunities by their own fabrications and made a ‘unique’ traditional Moon Cake for them. Several volunteers were also invited to teach the making method of some Chinese New Year cakes, for example, turnip cake, sticky cake and fried dumpling on 9 February 2015. This event allowed them to share an interest of Chinese festival by means of a preparation of ingredients between them.

Running competitionThree short-term students of Ma On Shan Half-way

House participated in the “Jamieson 10km Challenge 2014” that held at Shatin on 28 September 2014. Although the weather was rather hot, they persisted to complete the whole race successfully.

On 12 October 2014, four long-term students of Ma On Shan Half-way House participated in “3km and 8km Anlene Run” at Science Park, Pak Shek Kok. They completed the races and achieved their own goals. Moreover, four long-term students and four short-term students participated in the 3km and 8km running races at Science Park on 10 December 2014 respectively, they also completed successfully in the races.

“Say No to Drugs Charity Long-distance Race” has been organized by our Project Team on 26 October 2014. Eight short-term students and four students of Ma On Shan Half-way House participated in this race respectively. The team was leaded by a Teacher and a social worker and two matrons were invited to assist them for the completion of race. As a result, one short-term student obtained the third prize.

Inner Challenge — Fundraising EventParticipated in the “Inner Challenge — Fundraising

Event” as organized by Breakthrough on 29 and 30

November 2014. Six students of Lamma Training Centre, four short-term student and two students of Ma On Shan Half-way House formed three teams respectively, that named ‘Spicy A, B and C team’ and participated in a 15km race. Since most of the students were lacked of hiking experiences, they confronted the severe weather, completed the race successfully and experienced a slogan “care about participation and persistence” as promoted by the organizer. They completed the race in 6 hrs 35 minutes, 7 hrs 50 minutes and 8 hrs 52 minutes respectively.

Public examinationOver the last year, Education Department

organized four Pitman Qualifications computer examinations. Totally, 42 students applied for different subjects, included Level 1 or 2 of Chinese EXCEL, Level 2 of Chinese Word Processing, Level 2 of Visual Presentation, Level 2 of English ACCESS and Level 2, 3 of Book-Keeping and Accounting. As a result, 25 students obtained excellent results and 14 students

obtained eligible results. (Refer to Table 1).

On 27 February 2015, a short-term student applied for Access level of International English for Speakers of Other Languages – IESOL of Pitman Qualifications and waiting for the result.

Hong Kong St. John Ambulance was invited to organize three first-aids for adult courses at Lamma Training Centre and Ma On Shan Half-way House in September and November 2014 respectively. First-aid course was carried out at Lamma Training Centre in September 2014 and 14 students and 6 fellows participated in this course. Another First-aid course was also carried out the in November 2014 at Ma On Shan Half-way House and 9 students and 11 fellows participated in this course. Moreover, a first-aid refresh course was held on Saturday on 29 November 2014 and 2 graduated students and 9 fellows participated in this course. Not only the above examinations ascertained their learning achievement and assisted them for developing their careers in the society, they enhanced their confidence to study continually in the future.

Although the Warden Team has a heavy workload with trivial matters, the staff is at the forefront to have direct contact with residents. Both ward supervisors and colleagues diligently respond to the requirements of residents, projecting a positive image through their service. They care for the physical as well as mental well being of all residents in their daily contact, achieving the objective of “Life affecting life”. The Team coordinates the efforts of other units, enhancing and strengthening the religious belief of residents, their desire to learn, and their interaction with family members, so as to bring positive changes gradually.

Ma On Shan Halfway House and Short Term HomeFocus of Activities

In 2014-2015, we have various monthly activities such as "In-ward Competition", "Ambassador Award", "Healthy Babies” and “Verse Stars". In this year, we have two "Reform Gold Star Award Project" programs, so as to strengthen the drive of residents in learning. The "Saturday Interest Class" activities gave our residents an opportunity to explore their potentials, enhanced their self-confidence and spirit of serving each other. It provides an opportunity for them to learn, and to enhance their self-confidence.

In the past year, we are deeply honored to enjoy unfailing support from Dr. Lai Chi Yan who provides free Dental treatment to our residents.

Lamma Training CentreFocus of Activities

In 2014-2015, through our new programs: the “Roommate Award Scheme ” and “Beauty Classes ”. We provide a wide range of training to meet the needs of our residents and to improve the quality of life in the hostel.

In co-operation with teachers and volunteers, we organized activities such as “ Christmas Musical drama” and “morning devotion”, Our residents can express their love and creativity by performing those activities.

The Way Forward and PriorityIn the coming year, we hope to have more

opportunity to co-operate with other department, so as to show our unity and to glorify God.

計劃概況本機構得保安局禁毒處委託於 2013/14 學年舉

辦「停停想想 Get Set Go」禁毒教育活動計劃，為

新界東及香港島區小學提供禁毒教育活動。雖然有

關合作至 2014 年 8 月底結束，但部份學校仍繼續

聯絡本機構申請服務。

本機構推出的禁毒天使「停停」與「想想」深

受學生熟悉，2012/13 年度已加入新角色「緝毒犬

Go Go」一同向學生宣揚禁毒訊息。禁毒活動繼續

加入了不同的互動元素，以不同形式如禁毒魔術、

默劇、同路人音樂劇等，引起同學對禁毒資訊的興

趣。2014 年 11 月更加入以「生命教育」為主題的

單元活動。

自 2012/13 學 年， 保 安 局 禁 毒 處 委 託 新 界 西

區之學校禁毒教育活動已轉由其他機構負責，但感

謝多間新界西區小學仍繼續主動聯絡本機構安排講

座，服務情況如下：

家長、教師及社工培訓活動

除了小學生外，我們亦有為家長、教師及社工

提供支援服務，訓練校內家長、教師及社工掌握更

多禁毒訊息，以及辨識及處理懷疑吸毒個案。家長、

教師及校內工作人員都是最常與學生接觸之群體，

我們相信若能多管齊下，校園禁毒工作必定能更有

效地進行。

The anti-drug education program commissioned by the Narcotics Division in 2012/13 school year for primary schools in New Territories West is responsible by another organization, but we would like to thank the primary schools in New Territories West which still use our anti-drug service for their continued support. The details of the service are as follows:

We also provide support services for parents, teachers and social workers on anti-drug training including drug knowledge, identification skills and handling procedures of suspected drug abuse cases. By joining hands with parents, teachers and school staffs, who have frequent contact with students, we believe that the anti-drug work can be carried out more effectively.

Project OverviewBarnabas was commissioned by the Narcotics

Division in the 2013/14 school year to launch the new "Stop and Think, Get Set Go!" Anti-Drug Education Program for primary schools in New Territories East and Hong Kong Island & outlying islands. Although the commission ended in August 2014, some primary schools continue to contact us for the service.

In addition to widely-familiar characters “Angel Stop” and “Angel Think”, a new character “Go Go the Drug Detector Dog” was introduced in the 2012/13 school year to promote anti-drug message to students. The anti-drug programs kept refreshing with different interactive elements including magic show, mime, and musical drama to arouse students' interest in learning more about anti-drug messages. Besides, a unit of “life education” program was introduced in November, 2014.

金贊助，於 2013 年 6 月開始，為期一年。

「禁毒達人」師友會是藉著培訓一班曾吸毒

的過來人成為禁毒達人，到學校及社區分享他們沉

淪毒海的親身經歷，以宣揚禁毒訊息，並藉此提升

禁毒達人的自我形像及自信，以鞏固戒藥的決心。

同時，我們於社區裡招募義工成為禁毒達人的同行

者，並組織禁毒達人（濫藥康復者）及同行者（社

會人士）發展成一個支援小組（「禁毒達人」師友

會）。透過一起參與訓練、戶外活動及義工服務 ,

籍此促進禁毒達人之間的互相支持，同時亦有助加

強禁毒達人與同行者的聯繫，以幫助這群濫藥康復

者感受到被社會的接納，繼續堅持拒絕毒品。

Project OverviewThis one-year project is sponsored by ExxonMobil

Hong Kong Limited and Partnership Fund since June, 2013.

“Beat Drugs Master” Mentorship Club aimed to train a group of ex-drug addicts to be Beat Drugs Master to promote anti-drug messages in schools and the community, and to enhance anti-drug master’s self image and self-confidence by sharing their personal experiences of falling into drug in the

past, by this to consolidate their determination in quitting drug. Meanwhile, we recruited volunteers from the community to be the mentors of our Beat Drugs Masters and developed a support group which called “Beat Drugs Master Mentorship Club”. Through joint participation in training, outdoor activities and volunteer service, this project built up the mutual support network as well as strengthened the bonds between the Beat Drugs Masters and the mentors, so as to enhance the acceptance to ex-drug abusers from the society.

2014 年 4 月 30 日假香港賽馬會藥物資訊天地

舉行「青少年戒毒輔導新里程」研討會暨教材套發

佈會，邀請了曾擔任課程嘉賓的資深社會工作者黎

子中先生、香港路德會社會服務處路德會青欣中心

Resisting drugs＂），簡稱 MTR 計劃。計劃旨在為兩

個經常接觸高危青少年和吸毒者的非禁毒專業界別

人士（社會福利界及宗教界），舉辦有系統的禁毒

綜合培訓課程。

主任鄧國禧先生以及註冊心理學家蕭麗霞女士，探

討現今青少年戒毒輔導的挑戰和新路向，同時向參

加者介紹本計劃所製作的教材套，教材套整合了兩

年課程的內容及多位講者的分享資料，盼望這本教

材套能裝備業界幫助戒毒人士。

Special Event: Conference on drug counselling for Youth and introduction on resource kits

The conference was held at the Hong Kong Jockey Club Drug Info Centre on 30th April 2014. The guest speakers of the previous MTR training included experienced social worker Lai Chi Chong, center-in-charge of Cheer Lutheran Centre Tang Kwok Hei and clinical psychologist Siu Lai Ha were invited to discuss on the topic of development and challenge of drug counselling for youth. Besides, we introduce the resource kits which integrated the content of this two-year training course with the sharing of different guest speakers to the participants. We hope this resource kits can be useful for the workers to help the drug abusers.

Project OverviewProject of “Marvellous Trip for Resisting Drugs”—

Professional Continuing Education Training Course (as MTR project hereafter) is sponsored by the Beat Drugs Fund since August 2014. The project aims at providing professional Continuing anti-drug training courses for non-anti-drug professionals, both social welfare sector and healthcare sector who have frequent contact with high-risk adolescents and drug abusers, and college students who study in social work, medical and nursing.

The two-day basic training course aims at enhancing participants’ knowledge on drugs, drug abuse prevention, adolescent psychology and counselling skills. Besides, we provide one-day in-depth training on their treatment and drug counselling skills for youth.

2. Training Course for healthcare sectorThe course comprises two units, a total of 6

hours training. It aims at enriching participants’ drug knowledge and their front- line treatment skills on the drug abuse patients. In addition to training course, participants can learn more about drug rehabilitation service by visiting the drug rehabilitation centre, drug abuse clinic or drug info centre.

Charitable Foundation since September 2014, aims at providing a CHANCE for the former substance abusers and people who are willing to work as a

peer counsellor or project worker in social welfare service to join a systematic peer counselling training. The program trains participants’ working skills and helps them develop positive attitude towards life in order to enhance their self-acceptance to meet the life challenge.

計劃概況承蒙禁毒基金贊助，我們於 2013 年 7 月開展

了為期兩年的義工計劃，聯同社區人士及戒毒康復

人士，組成 ADD 義工隊，接觸本港不同有需要之群

體，提供義工服務。

透過組織戒毒康復人士（過來人）及社會人士

（有心人）一同參與義工服務，藉此加強康復者與

社會的聯繫，提升社會人士對他們的接納。

計劃進度於 2014 年 4 月 至 2015 年 3 月 期 間， 我 們 舉

行了第三至六期義工活動，每期各舉行了 4 節義工

培訓、3 節有心人交流會及歷奇活動，而我們亦舉

行了 11 次義工外展服務及 7 節義工支持小組。義

工隊至今共招募了接近 200 位成員，服務了不同群

體，包括視障人士、肢體殘障人士及長者，並參與

社區禁毒活動，包括於禁毒嘉年華、禁毒街站、禁

毒長跑比賽等，宣揚健康訊息。

本計劃亦於 2014 年 7 月 12 日假沙田公園露天

劇場舉行了「ADD 義工網絡計劃 – 義工嘉許禮暨

禁毒嘉年華 2014」，當日有超過 300 人出席，一

同表揚第一至三期 ADD 義工的努力。當日除了頒發

義工證書各位 ADD 義工外，亦邀請了 ADD 義工擔

任司儀、分享參與計劃感受、分享戒毒心路歷程，

及組隊為現場觀眾提供音樂表演。當日亦多得不同

友好團體支持，為我們提供不同的精彩表演，包括

舞蹈、雜耍、Band show 等，更為我們帶來不同的

禁毒攤位遊戲，相信義工與區內居民都樂在其中。

我們期待於 2015 年 6 月舉行的第二屆義工嘉

許禮能總結大家於本計劃所付出的成果。盼望義工

隊能繼續招募更多過來人義工及有心人義工，讓戒

毒康復者能發展所長，服務別人，同時提高社會對

戒毒康復人士的接納。

Project OverviewWith the support from Beat Drugs Fund, the

two-year project of “ADD Volunteer Network” has been commenced since July 2013. This project united ex-drug abusers and partners in the community to form a volunteer network, in order to serve different people in need in Hong Kong, from July 2013 to August 2014.

By uniting volunteer of ex-drug abusers and volunteers from the community into volunteer service, it is aimed to enhance the bonding of ex-drug abusers with the community and boost the acceptance towards ex-drug abusers from the society.

ADD = Anti Drugs + Anti Discrimination

Progress of the ProjectFrom April 2014 to March 2015, we organized

the 3rd to the 6th series of volunteer activities, and conducted 4 volunteer trainings, 3 sharing sessions and adventure-based training in each series. Apart from this, we conducted 11 times of outreach volunteer service and 7 sessions of mutual support group for ex-drug abusers. Around 200 volunteers were recruited to our ADD Volunteer Network. We have served different groups in need including visually-impaired, physically-handicapped people, elderly, and we also joined the anti-drug events including anti-drug carnival, anti-drug booth, anti-drug charity run competition, etc., to spread the anti-drug message to the community.

“ADD Volunteer Network – Volunteer Award Presentation Ceremony & Anti-drug Carnival 2014” was held on 12 July 2014 at Amphitheatre, Shatin Park with more than the attendance of over 300 participants, to acknowledge the hard work of

our volunteers from the 1st to the 3rd series. Apart from presenting the certificates to the volunteers, volunteers were invited to be the masters of ceremony, share their experience of joining this program and their path in quitting drugs, and they also formed band to perform music. We would also like to thank our partners and supporting organization for bringing us excellent stage performance (including dance, band show and variety show) and anti-drug game booth, which both our volunteers and participants from the community enjoyed the day so much.

We hope the 2nd Volunteer Award Presentation Ceremony which will be held in June 2015 can conclude the efforts of our volunteers and wish that ADD Volunteer Network can continue to recruit more volunteers of ex-drug abusers and volunteers from the community, bring their kindness and share the love to more people in need. From this, we hope ex-drug abusers can use their talents to serve others, and strengthen their determination in resisting drugs, with the enhancement of public acceptance towards ex-drug abusers.

計劃。以網上平台識別隱蔽吸毒者，並融入過來人

的網上輔導、社工的個案管理、家庭支援及短期住

醫院式的簡短介入服務，提升他們的戒毒動機，為

往後戒毒的過程，作好準備。

Project OverviewWith the support from the Beat Drugs Fund,

our organization collaborates with the North District Hospital, utilizing our experience of Beat Drugs Alliance website and Crisis Accommodation Program, to start up a new project “Beat Drugs Alliance – Brief Motivational Intervention for Hidden Substance Abusers” since October 2014.

Starting with the website as a platform for

identification of hidden substance abusers, the project aims to provide them with continuity of service. Upon the website platform in making initial contact with the hidden substance abusers, consultation service by peer counsellors (ex-substance abusers), case management by social workers, family support and in-patient motivational brief intervention will be provided to enhance the motivation of the hidden substance abusers for abstinence and prepare for the drug quitting process.

「愛讓你起動」支援醫院女性濫藥人士康復計劃

計劃概況本計劃由香港崇德二社贊助，於 2014 年 11 月

開始，為期一年。目的是為本港各間物質誤用診所

及醫院內精神科的戒藥人士（主要為女性），提供

適切的康復計劃及轉介服務。

除了透過醫護人員及社工的關懷和輔導，本計

劃會動員社會上關心戒藥康復者的有心人士參與計

劃，鼓勵社會人士成為她們的同行者。「愛讓你起

動」— 藉著這多方面的「愛」，讓受眾能提起戒藥

動機和狀態。

Project OverviewWith the sponsorship from Zonta Club of Hong

Kong II, this project started since November 2014 as a one-year project aims to serve the patients (mainly female patients) in Substance Abuse Assessment Clinics and the Department of Psychiatry of the Hospital Authority by providing suitable rehabilitation plan and referral service.

Apart from the care and counseling from medical staff and social workers, this project mobilizes members from the general public who cares from ex-drug abusers to be their “mentors”

and motivates them to quit drugs with “loves” from different aspects.

Project objectives:1. To assist drug abuser to boost the determination

to refrain from drug-taking;

2. To assist the patients who had quitted drug abuser, to integrate into society;

3. To recruit the public to join the mentorship scheme and to hope mentors in supporting patients to get rid of the drugs..

“Say No To Drug” Charity Run 2014This event was co-organized by Anti-drug

Vanguard and our organization to promote the anti-drug and health message to the public. Fund raised from this event were contributed to support the drug rehabilitation hostel service and the development of the anti-drug projects in order to support female drug rehabilitation service.

The Charity Run was successfully held on 26 October 2014 at Tai Tong, Yuen Long (Tai Tong Nature Trail). We thank God for the nice weather on that day and there were 67 contestants joining the two categories of race including Open race (5.5 km) and Family race (3.5 km).

This event let the community know more about our organization and the need of our service users, and provided a chance for our service users to stretch their minds and bodies. We would like to show our gratitude to the efforts from Anti-drug Vanguard in the co-organization and the sponsorship from PNC Playgroup.

支援醫院濫藥人士康復計劃除上述受資助的計劃，機構於 2014 年 4 月開

始，以自負盈虧方式繼續為在醫院內接受戒毒的男

性院友提供支援，包括每月定期到東區尤德夫人那

打素醫院精神科藥物誤用診所舉辦查經課程，以及

參與北區醫院精神科院友自務的「新路向」小組。

A Scheme of Full Rehabilitation to Aid Drug Abusers in Hospital

Apart from the above mentioned sponsored project, our organization continues to serve male patients who are under drug rehabilitation service in hospital on a self-financed basis by providing support service including regular bible study program to Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital on a monthly basis and participation in the “New Direction Fellowship” self-organized by patients from the Department of Psychiatry, North District Hospital.

「向毒品 Say No」慈善長跑比賽本機構聯同禁毒先鋒隊希望藉是次活動機會，

向公眾宣揚濫用藥物所帶來的禍害，建立健康生

活。活動中所有收益亦為本服務籌募經費，一半用

於戒毒康復院舍服務，另一半用於發展禁毒項目工

作。以支持女性戒毒服務。

活動於 2014 年 10 月 26 日假元朗大棠郊野公

園舉行，感謝天父保守當日有宜人天氣，活動共 67

位健兒參加，場面熱鬧。活動分為 5.5 公里的公開

組及 3.5 公里的親子組。

是次活動能讓社會人士認識本機構及舍友的需

要，以及提供在舍姊妹一次舒展身心的機會。在此

鳴謝禁毒先鋒隊的合作及 PNC 親子教室的贊助。
