The Corporate Real Estate Services Division wants to build a centralized data warehouse and load the data related to Real estate, Clients & Facility services and Projects & Engineering. The DW forms the centralized storage of data sourced from multiple service providers. The data of different formats Flat file, XML and relational table are first loaded to stage, Dimension and then Fact tables using SCD type 2 mappings.Responsibilities:

Iam Involved in all phases of SDLC from requirement gathering, design, development, testing and Production Implementation.

Expertise in Dimensional data modeling, Star schema modeling, Snowflake modeling, Data Normalization.

Create new mapping using components in Informatica Designer like Source Analyzer, Warehouse Designer, Mapplet Designer and Mapping Designer.

Tuned performance of Informatica session for large data files by increasing block size, data cache size, sequence buffer length and target based commit interval.

Created complex mappings that involved implementation of Business Logic to load data in to staging area.
