Telecommunications Support office Administrator – Stride Communications Ltd An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone who is looking for a varied role in a growing telecommunications company based in High Wycombe. The role would be suited to someone who is looking for a rounded position as you will be tasked with a variety of different roles. The roles include dealing with technical support, financial and sales tasks. Full training will be given, past business experience is essential, previous telecommunication experience would be preferable although not essential. We require someone who is hard working, ambitious and willing to take on new challenges. You must have excellent communications skills (verbal and written), as well as a high level of technical competence. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

· Dealing with client product (technical) support by email and over the phone.

· Liaising with suppliers.

· Maintaining and updating internal systems.

· Maintain and run customer invoices.

· Reconciling sales invoices against company accounts.

· Supporting the sales team.

· Responding to customer support, finance and sales queries by phone, email and

post.

· Helping to organise tender documents for sales meetings.

· Organising customer review meetings.

· Managing business information and documents.

· Holiday cover

Working Hours – 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday Salary depends on experience - £18k to £22K Please contact [email protected] directly. No Agencies.
