Problem Statements and IdeasPROBLEM STATEMENT: The pre-

graduate student of IT needs a way to figure out what he wants to do with

his career and job because he has not very clear what he wants to do or

thought about it

1. Create an online personal coaching system

This would be an online platform where experts and professional would

advise young students about career development and job search.

Entrepreneurs, employers, talent hunters would be involved in this

platform

2. Personal development courses and bootcamps

This is a retreat to help students decide what they want to do after college. This would be a one week

retreat to receive coaching, interact with experts, meet new people, work

in teams and development of self esteem

3. Attend networking events

This involves listing and attending networking events where the person can meet new people and valuable

contacts to find a job

Reflection about pretotype 1

• Should I continue with this experiment I would:– Make a benchmarking with other similar platforms

and solutions– Improve the messages– Launch a real landing page (as a better teaser)– Apply extreme marketing to know if there is an

interesting market willing to pay

Reflection about pretotype 2

• An extension of the research still needs to be done, though most of the students showed not interest

• Organize a real retreat of a few hours to test it in real life
