➤ What was learned ➤ 1. I have a long way to go. I have only

recently started to do more on social media and I expected my calculations to look like this going forward; creating a larger presence on social media will help to make me more relevant.

➤ 2. There is something to help with a common name. Not only is my name common, but, there is also a famous actor with my name. Getting people to know me will be easier when using the searchMe link.

➤ 3. Continuing to have a presence on social media will help with my validation. Being relevant will help people remember me and think about my brand as a trustworthy one.

➤ HOOTSUITE IS SOMETHING THAT I HAD NEVER HEARD OF AND AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH ITS CAPABILITIES.

➤ MY MAIN REASON FOR MY CURRENT SET UP IS TO QUICKLY VIEW ALL SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS, AS WELL AS, BEING ABLE TO SEND OUT CONSISTENT COMMENTS ON ALL PLATFORMS

➤ I HAVE JUST RECENTLY STARTED TO CREATE A LARGER PRESENCE IN SOCIAL MEDIA. THIS WEBSITE WILL HELP TO ENSURE THAT THE INFORMATION THAT I POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA WILL BE CURRENT AND CORRECT. BEING ABLE TO SEE ALL ACCOUNTS AT ONCE WILL CUT DOWN ON TIME TOO. BEING ABLE TO SEND THE SAME MESSAGE OUT TO ALL ACCOUNTS WILL BE HELPFUL AND WILL KEEP ME FROM HAVING TO TYPE THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

➤ MY NEW ALERTS INCLUDE MY NAME, SPORTS MARKETING, AND ESPN.

➤ ESPN IS MY DREAM COMPANY AND I WANT TO KEEP UP TO DATE ON THEIR CURRENT AND FUTURE OPERATIONS.

➤ GOOGLE ALERTS WILL BE HELPFUL FOR MYSELF BECAUSE IT LETS GOOGLE DO THE SEARCHING FOR YOU.

➤ INSTEAD OF SPENDING EVERY DAY MAKING THE SAME SEARCHES TO SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE FIELD YOU ARE IN OR PLANNING ON GOING INTO, THE ALERTS WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN SOMETHING GETS BROUGHT UP THAT YOU ARE INTERESTED IN.

➤ I HAVE ALERTS SET UP FOR MY NAME, SPORTS MARKETING, AND ESPN.

➤ I HAVE MY NAME BECAUSE IF ANYTHING GETS POSTED ABOUT MYSELF I WANT TO BE ABLE TO ASSES IT AND ENSURE IT IS SOMETHING THAT I WANT ON THE INTERNET. BEING IN THE SMMBS DEGREE PATH I WANTED TO HAVE THE SPORTS MARKETING FEED UP TO ENSURE I AM UP TO DATE ON ANY NEW POLICIES OR PRACTICES IN THE FIELD. AS MENTIONED BEFORE ESPN IS MY DREAM COMPANY AND I WANT TO MAKE SURE I AM ABREAST OF ANY NEW ENDEAVORS ESPN PLANS ON GETTING INTO.

➤ THE ABILITY TO CREATE MANY DIFFERENT FEEDS IS SOMETHING THAT IS REALLY HELPFUL. STAYING CURRENT ON MULTIPLE PLATFORMS WILL HELP TO ENSURE YOU ARE READING ACCURATE MATERIAL THAT IS RELIABLE. FOR BRANDING PURPOSES IT IS IMPORTANT TO BE UP TO DATE ON WHAT IS HAPPENING SO YOU CAN MAKE THE BEST DECISION AND LEARN FROM THE PAST.

➤ THIS WEEK I HAVE LEARNED THAT IT TAKES A FULL TIME EFFORT TO KEEP YOUR BRAND MONITORED.

➤ FROM THE SOCIAL MEDIA POST I MAKE, TO THE THINGS THAT ARE HAPPENING IN THE INDUSTRY I AM TRYING TO GET INTO I MUST STAY ON TOP OF IT ALL.

➤ THE TOOLS THAT I HAVE DISCOVERED THIS WEEK WILL HELP ME TO CREATE AND KEEP MY BRAND WHERE I WANT IT TO BE.

➤ IT IS A LONG PROCESS IN CREATING A BRAND THAT NEVER TRULY ENDS, BUT, WITH THE KNOWLEDGE I HAVE GAINED FROM THIS WEEK I AM MORE CONFIDENT THAN EVER IN MY ABILITY TO CREATE THE BRAND I WANT.
