Group Work Session II• From the list of issues identified in the value chain • Map out the issues and their underlying causes • Stakeholders• Use the following colors for each of the items – Red for issues and underlying causes – Black for stakeholders– Green to describe the relationship between actors – The thicker the links between actors the stronger

the relationships– Extremely weak relationships should be dotted
