This Series is on the Wheel of Business and it is designed to highlight important aspects of building a business that you will need to be considering. The objective of the series is to give you specific concepts to help you apply the key principles. Of which the key ones will be highlighted within each session. By the end of each session you will have an internal shift in how you perceive your business in that you are able to mentally chunk your 'busyness' into categories. And externally, you should be able to identify those categories easily. This unit is concerned with how to build client relationships, how to maintain those relationships and how to develop strategies to encourage client loyalty. Getting a client is cause for celebration. Keeping a client and having them refer you business is your greatest compliment and a key indicator that you are doing it right.

The  Wheel  of  Business  is  a  coaching  tool  to  help  you  assess  where  you  are  in  your  business  right  now.  The  eight  sec6ons  in  the  wheel  represent  areas  in  your  business  to  be  balanced.  

DIRECTIONS:  Regard  the  center  of  the  wheel  as  0  and  the  outer  edge  as  10,  rank  your  level  of  sa6sfac6on  with  each  area  by  drawing  a  curved  line  to  create  a  new  outer  edge  (see  sample  below).  The  new  perimeter  of  the  circle  represents  your  Wheel  of  Business  at  this  6me.  How  bumpy  would  the  ride  be  if  this  were  a  real  wheel?
