Refurbished products can be used in test labs and by VIP customers

Customer Service Representatives access the MovieBeam Intranet to process orders

Consumers call the MovieBeam toll free number to sign for services

Shipment of refurbished MovieBeam STBs are sent to DSC for reallocation to new and old customers

Gold Disk (STB movie content) are delivered to the Fulfillment center on a weekly basis

Up to 10 new movies are transmitted to consumer homes every week
