Kara

Wednesday: Car parking

You will be stood at the front entrance of Arley Hall (the T Junction) with Daniella and will inform Keira via our radios when cars are coming through up to the house.

Wednesday: Interval

You will be responsible for ensuring the audience are all comfortable and happy.

Thursday: Box Office

You will be responsible for giving each member of the audience a programme when they arrive and have had their ticket checked. When we are confident that most of the audience have arrived, Keira, Daniella and you will start escorting people to the house 10 per group. You will take the first group of 10 and wait in the Dining Room with them. When you get there, radio Daniella to tell her to bring up group 2. When all audience members are in the hall, you will be told when to allow them into the performance room. You will show them through to performance room B (the gallery /large fireplace room.)

Thursday: Interval

You will be responsible for ensuring the audience are all comfortable and happy. Usher audience through performing room B again after the interval.

Daniella

Wednesday: Car parking

You will be stood at the entrance of Arley Hall with Kara, near the Tudor Barn with John, directing the cars through to where Kiera will be stood. You must let us know through the radio when the cars Kara has told you are coming have reached your point, to then allow Keira to prepare for oncoming traffic.

Wednesday: Interval



You will, using the clicker, count how many people come through the door in the Tudor Barn as they arrive, ensuring the number does not go over 100.

Then when we are confident that most of the audience members have arrived, Kara, Keira and yourself will start escorting people up to the house in groups of 10 at a time.

You will take the second group of 10; Kara will let you know when she has reached the house with the first group. Kara will look after the 20 people in the dining room whilst you bring up the third group, who will wait near the staircase.

Keira will then collect the final group, who will join your group near the staircase. Once all audience members are in the hall, we can usher the audience into the performance rooms. You will usher them through to performance room A (the drawing room/piano room.)

Keira

Wednesday: Car Parking

You will be stood at the Tudor barn and along with Ashleigh and will be responsible for ensuring the cars are heading in the right direction. You will have a radio to communicate with Kara and Daniella who will be letting you know when a car is heading to your area so you can be ready.

Wednesday: Interval



You will be responsible for checking tickets in the Tudor Barn on the audience’s arrival. You must ensure that they are valid and then later on, once other members of the FoH team have taken all of the guests up to the house, you will be instructed via the radio to make you own way up to the house to assist in ushering the audience through to the performance room A (the piano room/drawing room).

You will ensure the audience are happy and comfortable and enjoying their evening. Usher audience through performing room A again after the interval.

Leah:

Wednesday: Box Office

You will be responsible for giving each person a programme after they have had their ticket checked by Toby. When we are confident that most of the audience have arrived, Toby, Andy and you will start escorting people to the house 10 per group.

You will take the first group of 10 and wait in the Dining Room with them. When you get there, radio Andy to tell him to bring up group 2.

Leah will look after the 20 people in the dining room whilst you bring up the third group, who will wait near the staircase.

Toby will then bring the final group, who will join your group near the staircase. Once all audience members are in the hall, we (along with the others) can usher the audience into the performance rooms.

You will usher them through to performance room A (the drawing room/piano room.)

You will be stood at the arches, near the Tudor Barn with Drew and will be responsible for ensuring the cars are heading in the right direction to park. You will have a radio to communicate with others, who will be letting you know when a car is heading to your area so you can be ready.

Thursday: Interval


Toby


You will be responsible for greeting the guests when they arrive at the Tudor Barn and checking their tickets to ensure they are valid.

Then when we are confident that most of the audience members have arrived, Leah, Andy and you will start escorting people up to the house in groups of 10 at a time. You will bring up the last group when instructed to. You will take them to the staircase where they will wait to be ushered into performance room A (the Piano room / Drawing Room)

Wednesday: Interval



You will be stood past the arches, near the Tudor Barn with John and will be responsible for ensuring the cars parked in an organised and orderly way. You will have a radio to communicate with others, who will be letting you know when a car is heading to your area so you can be ready.
