What specifically?What is stopping you?
you quickly find out if a persons problem is with their values or beliefs (their inside world) or strategy or environment (the outside world)

Knowing where a problem lives makes it much easier to resolve

They have to remember the situation and in doing so retrieve things that they have not yet told you

When someone talks about something in a detailed way, often they get a far clearer understanding of what they need to do either accept it or change it
