The solution facilitates the customer to connect with the manager within the given timeline. Under circumstances where the call has not been answered, it will be forwarded to the client customer care service. At a time, a single virtual number can be mapped to multiple customers.

Click-To-Call for Hotel Managers:

Hotel managers make the most of the client app to receive any booking confirmation from their customers. A click-to-call widget is provided to ease the process and directly contact the customer. The widget is directly mapped with the customer’s contact number. Once the deal is closed, the same virtual number is available to a different customer.
