Before Working Upon any profile Check whether requisition for that position is received or not.

Posting Of the Job ,Mass mailing of the job has to be done once requisition received from the various department.

Coordinate with the Various department head for the Face to Face round of interviews, Before that send a mail or send a hard copy of Cv’s to the Department head and take a short listing of CV’s after that Line-up candidate for the interviews to close the position with in TAT.

Taking Preliminary Interviews over the Phone . Brief About the GRC India and Search Foundation.

Line Up the candidates For Face to face round of Interview according to the Job Opening.

Initial Hr Interview--Technical Interview/Interview with Department Head --Write Up on the given topic according to the department. -- Final Interview With the Director.Negotiate Salary

Send Offer letter after verification of their salary from previous organization along with JD’s of the Profile.

Candidate Join, Collect all the relevant document according to checklist and submit to the concern Department.

Candidate Join The company, Send a mail to the concern department accordingly, Provide all the necessary document to the New Joinee as required i.e.(HR, Account, IT).

Conduct Induction for New Joiner's . Conduct Training session according to the various Department.

Salary Should be again with hard copy verified after Documentation. Candidate should sign upon their final negotiated salary.

Address Proof needs to be verified .- Address should be verify within 8-10 days after joining.

Performance feed Back form need to be filled by respective coordinators of different department after 15 days of Joining.

New Joiner should fill the employee feedback form within 10 days after joiningNew position repository including JD, Precis, HRF should be maintained.

Salary Structure, Performance feed back Form, Address Verification Form, AM Generalist(HR) Shartughan, Genralist (HR)Sanjay Kumar, Recruitment(HR)Sourabh Tyagi Comment is mandatory before finalization of salary from Director.

Eight Days training feedback form need to be maintained for new joiners.

Write up is mandatory for each profile.

Instruction To be follow IN Recruitment

E – Mail sending – keep the reporting person in loop whenever you are sending e-mails.Co ordination with Department Head – All the recruiters need to closely follow up with the respected department Head to close the position in the given time frame. Master File - Master file should be updated on weekly basis.

Offer Letter & JD – Whenever anybody send offer letter to selected candidate Job Description should be attached.
