Focused on providing a platform for youth leadership development, AIESEC offers young people the opportunity to be global citizens, to change the world, and to get experience and skills that matter today.

In last several years development of leadership competencies of participants in the organization and implementation of social projects are the main focuses of AIESEC in Russia.

ABOUT AIESEC International Congress 2012

•The biggest international youth event, bringing together 1,000 young leaders from 110 countries, and representatives from business and government

•Organized by and for young people with the support of Congress partners and AIESEC alumni The Congress brings together three platforms (for the leaders of AIESEC, the leaders of social and business projects, AIESEC alumni)

•All external events will be organized with the participation of the citizens of Moscow, the project partners and government officials supporting the Congress. •History of the International Congress goes back to 63 years, over the past six years it was in Poland, Turkey, Brazil, Malaysia, India and Kenya.

Registration 1 of April – 13 of May – registration (http://ic2012.ru/voice/registration) 15 of May– tentative lists of delegates 15 – 30 of May – payment of fee

Fee – 200 euros (for food, accommodation and transportation during the conference) Organizing committee is ready to provide all the necessary documents to manage the delegates' financial support: 1) Individual letters requesting financial support for higher education institutions on behalf of the President of AIESEC in Russia; 2) Required supporting documents for registration of travel, and any letters requested for financial support; 3) Assist in recovering the financial cost from the regional and city administration.

AGENDA of the conference

MAIN events Symposium “World 2020” Dates: 17 August 2012 Platform for dialogue between the Russian and international business and youth representatives. World issues and trends will be discussed in a variety of formats (workshops, training of companies). Format: 40 parallel working groups of 25 people each on eight major topics. Topics: education, technology, infrastructure, investment, innovation, civil society, sustainable development, and culture. Venue: MSU (Moscow State University)

Dates: 20 August 2012 Forum aims to build a constructive dialogue of young people and business to discuss the problems of their interaction and the search for new approaches to cooperation in the format of workshops, master classes, panel discussions and group discussions. Topics: entrepreneurship, innovation, corporate social responsibility It is important to note that the forum is supported by the Moscow School of Management "SKOLKOVO."

Global Youth To Business Forum

International Culture Festival

During the day there will be formed International Exhibition site with the demonstration tables from the representatives of 110 countries and 50 regions of Russia. Venue: one of the biggest park in Moscow – “Sokol’niki” Participants: • 25 000 citizens and guests of Moscow • 1000 young people from 110 countries
