DESCRIPTION
Feedback has some shortcomings: 1. It's normally based on the Manager's perspective 2. Hence, it triggers extrinsic motivation - which is rather short 3. FB may also trigger the "fast response" system - thereby fallling flat on the floor 4. We hope it works as a transparent tube. It doesn't.
