Spreadsheets are designed to allow the hierarchical relationships between items to be defined.

Parent items must be created prior to the child item (Organizations & Buildings and Accounts & Meters)

Deregulated Accounts–one meter associated with two accounts

Multiple Meters Account–many meters associated with one account

Unknown Rate Codes–recommend using a “To-Be-Determined” code as a place holder (TBD-Electric)
