What Is Google glass ??

Google Glass is an  wearable computer with a head-mounted display (HMD) that is being developed by Google in the Project Glass .

DEVELOPMENT

The Glass project was started "about three years ago" by an engineer named Babak Parviz 

Glass is being developed by Google X Lab.

It can interact with the Internet via natural language voice commands and uses Google's Android operating system.

Google is considering partnering with sunglass retailers such as Ray-Ban or Warby Parker

How it works?

Its features with the small video display that is used to display the pop up hands free information.

APPLICATIONS

Record videos, take picturesJust say the word and Google Glass will take a picture or record a video – you will never have to touch the hardware. The photos and videos will be stored on the 4GB flash memory of the device, and can also be shared on social networking websites or emailed.

Find informationIf you are in the habit of Goggling things a lot, you will find that your task has been made easier by the new Glass. You simply need to ask a question and the device will pull the answer from the internet. For example, you can ask when TajMahal was built or to give you a few photographs of the monument and the device will provide appropriate replies on the small screen in front of your eye.

Can be easily broken or damaged.

It may lead to accidents while driving, eyestrain or visual confusion.

As display is too near to the eyeball it may cause serious damage to eyeball .

Privacy of people may breach with this glasses.

Can be used only in metro cities.
