An Inside Look Into Demosphere’s Team Solution.

TeamNet™ LoginAccess the TeamNet™ platform through User ID, Facebook or

Google login credentials.

RosterPro® Registration System users will use their pre-existing login credentials to access TeamNet™.

Manage Your TeamsThe main user dashboard displays a list of all teams that have

been assigned to the user.

Selecting an available team enters that specific group’s calendar, communication center, team members and roster.

Team SettingsCreate a new team by entering the Team Name, Sport, Time Zone,

and optional Team Logo.

Build Your RosterAdd contacts to any team by inputting contact information and assigning

them a Role. The system automatically separates Team Staff from the Players based on assigned Role.

Team members created in the RosterPro® Registration System will automatically sync to TeamNet™.

Set Your ScheduleAdd events to your team calendar! Set the frequency of repeated events,

whether it be daily, weekly or monthly.

Demosphere’s Team Schedules integrate with TeamNet team calendars so members are always kept up-to-date with schedule changes.

While creating an event, invite Team Members based on Role.

Team Members can set their availability for events.

Team CommunicationUtilize basic text editing capabilities to draft broadcast email

messages directly in the composition screen.

Once the message is finalized, send the email immediately or save it as a draft.

Household ManagementHousehold Administrators are able to view their Household

Information, Members, Past Order History & Registrations for all Demosphere-powered sites.

Household MembersHousehold Admins can add unlimited members to their Household, customize each member with personal information and choose from the list of available

Roles.

Orders & RegistrationsReview your past orders and registrations across all

Demosphere-powered sites.

NotificationsUsers are alerted anytime they have pending notifications from

TeamNet™ while logged into a RosterPro® Registration System or other Demosphere-powered platform.
