DESCRIPTION
Marketing has changed hugely over the past 20 years. Many markets have become saturated, as have many consumers. and new media and platforms have evolved with their own marketing rules. This has lead to a complete change in the approach needed to run a successful marketing campaign, which some in marketing management have found it almost impossible to adapt to. But adapt they must, if they want to have any chance of surviving in the new order.
