PERSONAL LEADERSHIP & PRODUCTIVITY

OBJECTIVE

To redefine the significance and

impact of personal leadership on PRODUCTIVITY

INTERACTIVE SESSION

What do you think is common among top

successful professionals?

FIRST WORD

You all represents the most significant asset in this

organization. Investing in you is investing in this organization.

Your success as ‘personal entities’ would reflect on the success on this company’s

success.

Mahatma Gandhi said, “I must first be the change I want to see

in my world.” We must understand fundamentally that

everything rises and falls on leadership.

OVERVIEW

Personal leadership is the ability to direct your own life and to lead yourself in the direction that you would like for your life to take. It is the ability to define

what you want out of life and how you are going to get there.

These are important qualities in developing leadership, both personally and corporately. Personal leadership means

leading, directing, and taking action. It means living each day

to its fullest.

It means taking the time, making the proper effort and finding the correct tools to achieve the goals

that you want to achieve.

Knowing what you want out of life, figuring out what success

means to you specifically, articulating your goals, knowing that those goals are part of your

purpose for being alive, these things are the essence of

personal leadership.
