The community was not aware of girl child education. We changed the feeling of people regarding educating girl children.

For the execution of the change we, in consultation with the village Sarpanch and community members, decided to make people aware of Girl child education by various activities.

We imagined to do such an activity that can create a life long impact and make lasting effect on people.

Students of Satya Bharti School, Chak Mishri Khan, presented a drama named ‘IMPORTANCE OF GIRL CHILD EDUCATION’ in the presence of community members.

Students prepared posters and banners related to girl child education to sensitize people.

Mr. Jagir Singh sarpanch awarded a girl child, Navpreet Kaur, for 100% attendance and this also promoted girl child education in the village and sent a positive message to the community.

We made the parents aware regarding girl child education and made them promise to educate every girl child. Now, most of girls are attending school…
