1. The Light Test: What happens when you are held up to the light? Are you Faux Real?

2. The Flatness Test: Authentic leaders are sharp, well-defined, and clear. They do not have blurry areas you know where they stand.

3. The Security Thread Test: Do you have the trust of your people and

your clients. You either have it … or you don’t.
