If you have a limited voice mail box please ensure it is kept empty if you have made yourself available for shifts otherwise you may be assigned and scheduling will not know you did not get the message

Pleasenotethatifyoudonotansweryourcalldirectly,StaffStat’s automatedtelephonesystemwillleaveyouamessagewithdetailsregardingthenotificationsentbyyouremployer.Youwillnotbeabletorespondtothesystemiflisteningtothevoicemailasthecallisnotlive.Dependingonyourphone’ssettings,pressing‘1’willlikelyjustrepeatthemessage.

Notifications- EmailIf“notifybyemail”ischeckedinyourstaffprofileandavalidemailaddressisinputted,StaffStatwillcommunicateavailableshiftswithyouviaemail.If,basedonthedetailsintheemail,youareavailableandinterestedintheshift,clickonthelink,logintotheportalandmakeyourselfavailable.

IfyouareassignedtheshiftbyyouremployerStaffStatwillemailyoutoconfirmthatyou’vebeenassigned.

Notifications- TextIf“notifybytext”ischeckedinyourstaffprofileandavalidcellphonenumberisinputted,StaffStatwillcommunicateavailableshiftswithyouviatext.If,basedonthedetailsinthetext,youareavailableandinterestedintheshift,eitherloginonaPCortextbacktheshiftID.If,youareassignedtheshiftbyyouremployer,StaffStatwilltextyoutoconfirmthatyou’vebeenassigned.

PLEASENOTE:TextinganythingotherthantheshiftIDwillpreventyourmessagefrombeingreceivedproperlybyoursystem.Thismeansyouremployerwillnotreceiveyourconfirmationofinterestfortheshiftinquestion.

StaffStat- MobileOnceyoutappedonadatethatisofinteresttoyou,anewscreenwillappear,listingallavailableshiftsforyourdesignation.Youcanmakeyourselfavailablebytappingonthebubble“AvailableforthisShift”.StaffStatwantstoensurethatyouarenotacceptingashiftinerrorandapromptwillpopupaskingwhetheryouaresurethatyouareavailablefortheshiftinquestion.Onceyouclick“OK”,youremployerwillreceiveanotificationlettingthemknowthatyouareavailable!
