APPLICATION
Substrate preparation
Surfaces to be treated must be sound, free from
oil or other contaminants, loosely adhering coatings,
laitance and dust.
If the maximum overcoating time is missed please
contact SpEC’s Technical Department for advice.
Mixing
Pour and fully drain the contents of the clear hard-
ener component into the pigmented resin compo-
nent and mix thoroughly for a minimum of three
minutes or until a homogeneous mix is obtained pay-
ing special attention to scrape the sides and base of
container.
Application
The mixed product should then be applied to the pre-
pared substrate by brush, roller or spray. Care should
be taken to avoid over application. The application of
excessive volumes of product should be avoided as
this will result in solvent entrapment affecting both
surface finish and the subsequent performances of
the coating.
EQUIPMENT CLEANING
Clean all tools and equipment immediately before
and after use with SpECtop PU Cleaning Solvent.
APPLICATION TEMPERATURE RANGE
Minimum 10°C
Maximum 30°C
PACKAGING & YIELD
