a) Unit Manager (March 2015 – Present)
Job Role : Heading a Customer Business Development team comprising of 12 Sales Managers to service all clients of P&G, Kellogg’s and Redbull in the biggest region in the country
Highlights:
Establish Coverage, Distribution and Display objectives in line with Business Plan for all Section Managers ,VSR’s
Establish primary and secondary targets, section wise and market wise as per the growth
plan for the fiscal year
Break their objectives month wise, week and day wise and thereby put up a system for reporting accordingly
Conduct review meeting for section managers once in a quarter to review their total section
performance and guide them on improvement areas. Implement the agreed training calendar for the unit
Regularly have review with the Finance Team on the account settlements
Monitor the shelf out of stock across the region by setting and planning route and delivery
