Spelling and Grammar

Use Word’s spelling checker to find and correct misspelled words and identify duplicated words. The grammar checker will highlight errors in grammar, style, punctuation, and word usage.

AutoCorrect Dialog Box

Features of AutoCorrect:

•corrects commonly misspelled words

•corrects capitalization errors

•insert symbols

•insert frequently used text

click the Office Assistant, key your question, and then click Search

click a topic in the yellow box read information in the Microsoft Word

Help dialog box If the Office Assistant is not visible:
