Our heritage is fabulous dresses, always glam and feminine, LIPSY girls always stand out in a crowd. Over the years, our range has expanded to include separates, loungewear, outerwear and knitwear - all products bearing a distinct LIPSY handwriting. At the top end sits LIPSY VIP, a high-end occasion range for that special moment.
LIPSY was founded in 1988 and began as a wholesale business. It was then sold in department store concessions. In 2006, Lipsy.co.uk was launched and in 2008, LIPSY was acquired by Next Plc. LIPSY now operates 70 stores worldwide and has franchise stores. LIPSY supplies department stores and online retailers using a wholesale model.
There are signed licensees across further product categories including fragrance, cosmetics, accessories, watches, shoes, sunglasses and optical. LIPSY has recently opened franchise stores in South Africa.
LIPSY is always relevant, of the moment, accessible and in touch with the young female consumer.

LIPSY has launched across UAE, Bahrain, KSA, Jordan and Georgia having partnered with three key franchisees; Landmark Group, Alhokair and Edcon.
We expect a 100 store roll out across the Middle East, Eurasia and South Africa over the next 5 years and further franchise expansion is core to our development strategy.
