1.Ly mu kim tra:
Chn ngu nhin 10% cy vi ca tng lot, tng t vi nhp v.
i chiu Tem vi & cc ti liu nh bng Mu, Packing listc trng khp hay khng ?
Kim tra v ngai quan bao b, v sinh.
2. Phn LOT vi:
Kim tra tch theo tng LOT, Mi cy vi u phi ly mu vung 10CM X 10CM . (Hay s dng my ng l trn)
Trn mi mu vi phi ghi lai y s cy vi v LOT vi V d 1/2, 1/4 (LOT 1 cy s 2 v LOT 1 cy s 4)
3. Kim tra mu sc & loang mu vi:

1.Kh vi: Kh vi c o ba v tr: yard th 5 u cy vi,
gia cy vi v yard th 5 t cui cy vi.
Lu y khi o tnh kh vi t l kim vo.
Ring vi c lp trng tnh t lp trng vo.
Tt c phi c ghi nhn & c mu nh kem khi bo cho
cc b phn x ly
2.Chiu di: Kim tra chiu di cy vi thc t vi chiu di ghi trong
tem ghi trong tng cy.
Nu l vi thun cn phi qui i cng thc tnh trng lng
i chiu.

3. Kim tra li:
Trong khi kim tra, mi loai li vi phi lu lai mu trong phiu li vi v QA phi xc nhn vo phiu li vi.
