MEMORANDUM

Planning and Zoning Staff completed a compilation of the draft Zoning Ordinance, Delta 4.0 edition, on Friday, July 28,

2017. Since that time, staff have been able to meet with the Township Attorney to review some specific questions. Staff

have also conducted a thorough review of the references, numbering, table titles, etc and added graphics that were noted as

placeholders in the Delta 4.0 edition. These activities have resulted in a number of changes to that draft.

This memorandum lists all of the changes and describes the type of change that was made. All page number references

are based on the Delta 4.0 edition. A basic description for the types of changes are below.

“Reference” means there has been a change to correct a reference section, table number, figure number, etc.

“Figure” means there has been a change, addition, or deletion to a figure (graphic).

“Format” means there has been an update to the text format, table format, etc.

“Grammar” means there has been a correction to spelling, punctuation, etc.

“Language” means the language has been changed to be consistent with language in other parts of the draft

ordinance.

“Text” means that the text has been changed in a manner that affects its meaning.

Major changes, such as new graphics or changes to the text have been attached and are noted below with an asterisk.

Minor changes, such as references, formatting, grammar, or language have not been attached.
