This project aims to develop the management skills of university students to enable them to grow as entrepreneurs. It is a regional exchange project to strengthen organizational work in NGOs in the country and to develop

soft skills in young volunteers.

The interns will have the opportunity to work in the field of institutional communications, administration, fundraising or project management in different NGOs that work in the fields

of ecology, art, education, or children's homes.

the bee project

This project seeks to develop the entrepreneurial skills of the student, giving the space to create and deliver workshops, teaching different subjects. The goal is that through this experience the interns will learn to use the available resources to obtain new ones, in order to reach

the final goal, and develop their communication skills.

The work is done in partnership with local NGOs that address the following themes: education, art, ecology, and

children in vulnerable situations.

coopARTE

The project goal is to develop skills and topics such as leadership, teamwork, holistic and strategic, to empower children for the future, both personally and professionally. University students will hold workshops and activities arts, music, sports and outdoor recreation as an empowering tool for project participants to overcome difficulties with a

creative point of view.

The exchange participants will develop recreational activities that teach children and youth values, and contribute to a more responsible generation, dedicated

and aware of their role in society.

learning way

This project is to develop student leadership and teamwork, taking an important role in the education of children. Exchange participants will support theoretical and practical classes, cultural activities, workshops on different

subjects or will give school support in NGOs or schools.

Through this project the interns will be contributing to the overall development and improvement of children. It also seeks to expand their world view and contribute to

intercultural understanding.
