Making of my magazine cover background I made a new A4 international paper file

Select clouds: Filter > render > clouds

And then go to filter > render > difference clouds

Select filter > stylize > extrude

Then Select pyramids

Find edges, filter > stylize > find edges

After selecting find edges select solarize filter > stylize > solarize

Duplicate layers

Select Gaussian blur filter > blur > Gaussian blur

And then select the radius to 3 pixels

Select half tone pattern

Set to screen and lower the opacity

Select the gradient tool and set to circle setting

Lower opacity, Change the Colour balance to my requirement

Lower the opacity

Apply image

Select the Gaussian blur again

Set to screen

Select adjustment and select photo filter to apply warming filter

Chose brush and full spacing and scattering

Brush over the posterAnd set to over lay

Done.
