3 Communities

9-month basic curriculum offered x 2 in 3 communities:Focus: Basic clinical geriatric syndromes - dementia care - quality & change management Expect knowledge application.Advanced curriculum –depth & inter-professional focusProgress so far: •80 + enrollees from 3 communities in NC representing diverse disciplines & care settings presented 16 projects•8 target areas for practice improvement•Degree students engaged: ABSN (2) –MSN (10)-DNP (2) –PhD (2) -Post-doc (1)•Faculty engaged from ABSN-MSN-DNP-PhD programs•Basic structure: Coursework, Project work, learning network•Relentless opportunism….
