The Website (currcomm.cofc.edu) & Forms• Most of the information you need is there.• If your situation doesn’t “fit” the forms, contact us.• If you’re planning something big, contact us (once you

have a good sense of what you want to do).

Smooth Sailing• Meet the deadlines• Provide all requested information• Submit changes in one batch• Talk to us (especially about forms, etc.)• Be present at the Committee & Senate meetings! • Think through all consequences of your changes

Consequences• PSYC required 2 of the following 3: 307, 310, 311• Renumber PSYC 310 to 223

1. Either 310 or 223 will fulfill requirement

2. Cannot take both 310 and 223

3. PSYC 310 was a prereq for PSYC 462; add 223 as prereq

4. ALL of the transfer courses that count towards 310 now have to be changed to add 223 (if that’s what you want)

5. Others….

Invitation from the Committee: Catalog Cleanup• Deactivate your unused courses

• Lots of courses in catalog that haven’t been taught• Submit deactivation requests with one form in one batch by

1/25/13

• Clean up prerequisites• Lots of waivers, exceptions, overrides• Take a look at your prerequisites, etc., and see what makes

sense• Put together table of old prereqs vs. new prereqs• Attach hand-corrected degree worksheet• Submit to Registrar by 1/25/13

Thanks!
